Abstract: A integrated access device in a communication network. The integrated access device in one embodiment includes a network port, a plurality of telephony ports, a data port and communication circuit. The network port is adapted to provide dynamic time division multiplex (TDM) interface to a communication network. The plurality of telephony ports are adapted to provide telephony service to subscriber premises equipment. The data port is adapted to provide digital subscriber line (DSL) service to subscriber premises equipment. The communication circuit is coupled to the network port, the plurality of telephony ports and the data port. Moreover, the communication circuit is adapted to carry voice and data signals between the network port and the plurality of telephony ports and the data port. In addition, the integrated access device is line powered over the network port.

Abstract: A personnel decontamination and containment system is disclosed. This system includes a plurality of components positionable on a selected location for establishment of a multi-station decontamination and containment facility to decontaminate personnel and to contain contaminants collected during the decontamination process. The components can include a plurality of collapsible frame and roof assemblies, wall and roof covers, a weapons clearing assembly, a weapons storage locker, a hanging bar, a signage assembly, collapsible containment hamper assemblies, a covered dispensing assembly, a shuffle box, a multi-wipe dispensing assembly, and a transportable containment enclosure. The enclosure is shaped and sized to removably retain the system's components for transportation or the like.

Abstract: A curvilinear spa shell includes a top edge defining four rounded concave corners and four convex side walls in a “clover leaf” like arrangement. Each rounded corner has a radius that exceeds twelve inches. The top edge is substantially symmetrical about an axes that extend through the center of opposing side walls as well as through the center of opposing corners. The curvilinear spa shell can accommodate a water feature for generating a pleasing rushing water sound. The water feature includes a ridge in an interior area of the spa and having a top disposed near a water line of the spa. The water feature utilizes a water inlet adjacent to the ridge opposite a main body of water area in the interior area. The water inlet is placed lower than the top of the ridge. The water feature also includes a slope descending from the top of the ridge in the direction of the water inlet.

Abstract: A sheet of unidirectionally-oriented fiber strands includes unidirectional fibers, bonding fibers interwoven with the unidirectional fibers to form a fiber panel, and thermoplastic film laminating the fiber panel there between. In one embodiment, a second sheet of laminated unidirectional fibers is joined to the first sheet of laminated unidirectional fibers with the unidirectional fibers running in a second direction as compared to the first fibers. In yet another embodiment, individual laminated sheets of unidirectional fibers are stitched together to form packets of sheets which may be used singularly or multiple packets may be bundled together.

Abstract: A curvilinear spa frame apparatus and method that provides support to a curvilinear spa shell design, including a frame comprising a top curvilinear rail, a bottom curvilinear rail, and one or more box sections aligned to be within the confines of the curvilinear spa shell providing stiffness for the completed frame. The box sections can include sheets that align with corresponding notches in the curvilinear spa frame increasing rigidity and facilitating alignment of the spa frame components during assembly.

The channel allocation scheme uses the high-bit rate channels located in the flat-passband region of wavelengths and the lower-bit rate channels located outside this passband region with progressively lower-bit rate channels located farther outside this passband region. Low-bit rate channels are also assigned to region(s) of the passband where the non-linear threshold power level of the system may be exceeded.
