A spring biases the shaft toward an annular flange in order that the shaft can not move longitudinally relative to the box. A hole with a notch is formed in a rear and outer end of the box. The rear axle can be inserted through the notch into the hole. A sleeve nut is engageable with the rear axle so as to stably retain the rear axle in position.
