  • Patent number: 10103974
Abstract: A software-defined network (SDN) controller and a multipath routing method thereof are provided. In the method, a maximum bottleneck bandwidth (MBB) and a minimum hop count (MHC) of each of the nodes in the SDN are initiated. Next, a source node is visited, and neighboring nodes thereof are discovered to relax paths between the source node and each neighboring node. Then, a forwarding node having a maximum MBB among other nodes is visited, and its neighboring nodes which are connected therewith and unvisited are discovered to relax the paths between the forwarding node and each neighboring node. Afterwards, the rest of the nodes are consecutively visited until all nodes are visited. Finally, a disjoint path lookup table is established according to relation between the paths recorded for each node, and accordingly k disjoint paths having the maximum bottleneck bandwidth are found for transmitting k sub-flows divided from a data flow.

  • Publication number: 20170274166
Abstract: A facemask package integrated with a mask sizing ruler is disclosed. The package stores the masks of various sizes. The mask sizing ruler comprising a first measuring gauge element, a second measuring gauge element and one or more sizes indicated thereon. The sizes in the sizing ruler are determined by categorizing one or more precisely previously measured distance from at least two points on one or more human faces into one or more sizes based on at least one distance on one or more masks of one or more mask sizes. At least one distance on one or more masks of one or more mask sizes is proportional to the maximum vertical distance of the mask in unfolded state. A system and method for determining the sizes indicated on the mask ruler are also disclosed. The sizing ruler precisely indicates the size of the mask that most appropriate to a user as the sizes are categorized from real human face dimensions.

  • Publication number: 20170170108
Abstract: Chip carriers having variably-sized solder pads, and integrated circuit packages incorporating such chip carriers are described. In an example, an integrated circuit package includes an integrated circuit electrically connected with a chip carrier having solder pads of different sizes. The integrated circuit may deliver high speed signals to smaller solder pads and low speed signals to larger solder pads. More particularly, the solder pads having smaller pad dimensions may better match impedance of a high speed signal line as compared to the solder pads having larger pad dimensions.

  • Publication number: 20090114683
Abstract: The sprayer of the present invention has a conventional first lever and a second lever with continuous teeth along an edge. When the first lever is engaged, the second lever drives a rotatable piece inside a gravity wheel. Two blocks at the ends of the rotatable piece, as the rotatable piece turns, press some ratchets inside the gravity wheel to turn the gravity wheel. The gravity wheel in turn drives a gear set connected to an energy storage element such as a winding spring. The gear set further engages an eccentric gear with a shaft attached to it so. As the energy storage element is wound and unwound, the shaft is put into continuous back-and-forth movement to work on a pump of the sprayer. As such, a number of sprays are produced continuously.

When the first lever is engaged, the second lever drives a gear set which in turn engages a rotatable piece inside a gravity wheel. Two blocks at the ends of the rotatable piece, as the rotatable piece turns, intermittently press some ratchets inside the gravity wheel to turn the gravity wheel as well. The gravity wheel in turn drives an eccentric gear with a shaft attached to it so that the shaft is put into continuous back-and-forth movement to work on a pump of the sprayer. As such, a number of sprays are produced continuously with a single engagement of the first lever.

  • Publication number: 20080217633
Abstract: Disclosed is a new LED structure comprising a substrate, and a light emitting die entrained on the substrate. The substrate is made of the lower temperature co-fired ceramic or high temperature co-fired ceramic. The substrate is provided with a printed circuit which can be electrically in connection with an electric circuit board when it entrains the light emitting die. On the surface of the substrate where the light emitting die is to be set, is formed of a flared annular groove which has a light reflection pallet affixed to its lower surface. The surface of the light reflection pallet is coated with the silver glue, fluorescent powder, or other metallic substances. Under the annular groove and above the substrate is interposed an insulation bottom plate to entrain the light emitting die on and the die is connected to the positive and negative electrodes of the substrate with conductors. A number of pores are formed in the substrate and filled with heat dissipation substances.

  • Patent number: 5880040
Abstract: A new technique for the formation of high quality ultrathin gate dielectrics is proposed. Gate oxynitride was first grown in N.sub.2 O and then annealed by in-situ rapid thermal NO-nitridation. This approach has the advantage of providing a tighter nitrogen distribution and a higher nitrogen accumulation at or near the Si--SiO.sub.2 interface than either N.sub.2 O oxynitride or nitridation of SiO.sub.2 in the NO ambient. It is applicable to a wide range of oxide thickness because the initial rapid thermal N.sub.2 O oxidation rate is slow but not as self-limited as NO oxidation. The resulting gate dielectrics have reduced charge trapping, lower stress-induced leakage current and significant resistance to interface state generation under electrical stress.

  • Patent number: 5691216
Abstract: Alignment structures in gaps between patterned features, such as polysilicon wordlines or metal contacts, have a selective effect on various processes to promote self-alignment. The various processes include ion implants for code programming, formation of via cuts, and the polycide process of forming composite layered gates. The alignment structures improve these processes by having a selective effect during etching, deposition, and ion implants. Thus, in one example, to prepare a ROM array for code programming using the ion implantation process, the alignment structures or ion barrier walls are formed between the plurality of wordlines. These ion barrier walls, typically silicon nitride or silicon dioxide, have a height above the substrate that is greater than the height of the wordlines. When viewed from a direction orthogonal to the substrate, only the ion barrier walls and wordlines are visible.

  • Patent number: 5078025
Abstract: A direct transmission for a bicycle has a box disposed on a rear axle on which a conical gear is disposed. A shaft is coupled to the conical gear so as to drive the hub. A spring biases the shaft toward an annular flange in order that the shaft can not move longitudinally relative to the box. A hole with a notch is formed in a rear and outer end of the box. The rear axle can be inserted through the notch into the hole. A sleeve nut is engageable with the rear axle so as to stably retain the rear axle in position.
