Abstract: A brazing joint, a brazing method, and a device for promoting solder rheology and gas overflow are provided. The brazing joint includes a first base metal, a second base metal, and a brazing seam located therebetween. The brazing seam is formed by filling a solder in a gap formed by welding surfaces of the first and the second base metal and melting it to connect the first and the second base metal. The brazing seam is a concave-shaped brazing seam. The gap defines a first distance and a second distance, the first distance is located at an edge of the gap, the second distance is located at the edge or an inside of the gap, the first distance is greater than the second distance, and a curved surface is formed between the location of the first distance and the location of the second distance for transition.

Abstract: A method of and a computing device for evaluating lighting quality in a geographic region having a plurality of luminaires arranged therein and a road lighting system are disclosed. Each luminaire in the geographic region comprises a tilt sensor arranged for obtaining a tilt angle of the luminaire. The method is performed by a computing device and comprising the steps of: receiving tilt angles of the plurality of luminaires obtained by tilt sensors of the plurality of luminaires, and evaluating lighting quality in the geographic region with reference to a number of parameters derived from the received tilt angles of the plurality of luminaires.

The carrier is in a gel state, a semi-solid state, or a solid state. The carrier includes a polyol fatty acid ester as a main component and a hydrogenated vegetable oil dissolved in the polyol fatty acid ester. The state of the sustained-release carrier can be adjusted by adjusting the amount of the dissolved hydrogenated vegetable oil.

The high-frequency axial impact assembly includes an upper self-excited oscillation cavity, a lower self-excited oscillation cavity, an adjustment block and a lock nut. The torsional impact assembly includes an upper end cover, a reversing switch, a pendulum, a lower shell, a lower end cover, a nozzle, a connecting block and a retaining ring. The high-frequency axial impact assembly converts the flowing drilling fluid into a pulsed jet to achieve a high-frequency axial impact. The torsional impact assembly enables a torsional impact through a shunt, and finally enables a high-frequency composite impact, which can effectively reduce the stick-slip of the drill string, jump drilling and other downhole accidents. By reducing the friction between the drill string and the borehole wall, the impactor can reduce WOB loss, increase the ROP, and improve the drilling efficiency.

Abstract: Provided is a preparation method of a detector material. The present disclosure epitaxially grows a buffer layer on a surface of a gallium arsenide substrate, deposits a silicon dioxide layer on the buffer layer, and etches the silicon dioxide layer on the buffer layer according to a strip pattern by photolithography and etching to form strip growth regions with continuous changes in width. Finally, a molecular beam epitaxy (MBE) technology is used to epitaxially grow the detector material in the strip growth regions under set epitaxy growth conditions. Because of the same mobility of atoms arriving at the surface of the substrate, numbers of atoms migrating to the strip growth regions are different due to different widths of the strip growth regions, such that compositions of the material change with the widths of the strip growth regions or a layer thickness changes with the widths of the strip growth regions.
