The method includes: acquiring first point cloud data of a calibration room; calculating, based at least on the first point cloud data and coordinate system data of the autonomous mobile machine, a first transformation relationship; acquiring second point cloud data of a marker in the calibration room through the LiDAR to be calibrated; performing registration on the second point cloud data and the first point cloud data to obtain a second transformation relationship; and acquiring, based on the first transformation relationship and the second transformation relationship, a transformation relationship between the coordinate system of the LiDAR to be calibrated and the coordinate system of the autonomous mobile machine as a calibration result.

The second metal layer may be deposited using a single deposition process rather than using multiple deposition processes.
