According to the present disclosure, the secondary batteries having harmonics with identical frequencies and opposite phases are connected in parallel for charging, to reduce or eliminate the harmonic distortion generated by high order harmonics, and effectively reduce the value of THD.

    Abstract: A surgical milling cutter includes a milling cutter bracket, a locking device and a bottom electric motor connected successively. The milling cutter bracket includes a fixing seat with a through hole. A finger guide apparatus with an L-type first bracket at the top end thereof is provided on the upper part of the fixing seat. The end of the L-type first bracket's short side is provided with a downward projection. The lowest point of the projection is lower than that of the milling cutter's cylindrical head when the milling cutter is working normally. The surgical milling cutter utilizes the projection to prevent the possibility of an object contacting with the cylindrical head, thus avoiding an object being cut unevenly. Meanwhile, the L-type bracket can be driven by the finger guide apparatus to rotate so as to change the running direction of the milling cutter, thus facilitating surgical procedures.

The purity of the (S)-oxiracetam crystal form II can be up to 98.5%, and the (S)-oxiracetam crystal form II has the advantages of simple preparation method, mild control condition, low production cost, and the produced oxiracetam hydrate crystal form II has a high purity (the oxiracetam hydrate crystal form having a purity of 8%˜98.5% can be prepared by a crude levo-oxiracetam having a purity of 92%, and thus having a good reproducibility in production.

The solution is a 2-8 wt % polyethylene glycol aqueous solution, the frequency of vibration is 20-80 times/min, the thermal treatment is performed under 10?4-10?3 Pa of vacuity and the temperature is increased to 800-900° C. at a rate of 10-20° C./min and keeping the temperature for 240-480 minutes, then decreased to 400° C. at a rate of 2-5° C./min and keeping the temperature for 120-300 minutes, and cooled down to the room temperature naturally in the furnace.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a 4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidineacetamide racemate crystal form I which is prepared by the following steps: dissolving crude 4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidineacetamide racemate in a solvent such as a micromolecular alcohol to form a saturated solution; heating and stirring the solution overnight at 38˜42° C. to obtain a suspended precipitate; filtering and drying the solution to obtain a crystal. Such 4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidineacetamide racemate crystal form I has a purity as high as 99.5%, which has significant treatment effect on curing respective diseases, and the 4-hydroxy-2-oxo-1-pyrrolidineacetamide racemate crystal form I has the features of simple manufacturing method, mild control condition, and low production cost, and its yield rate is as high as 99.5% which is applicable for mass production.

    Abstract: A porous tantalum used for medical implantation is provided, which includes a foam structure with three-dimensional interconnecting pores and produced by: mixing a solution made by organic binder and dispersant and tantalum powder to form tantalum slurry, casting the tantalum slurry into a organic foam body through impregnation until the pores of the organic foam body are filled, drying the impregnated organic foam body with the tantalum slurry to remove the dispersant, degreasing the dried organic foam body to separate the organic binder and the organic foam body from the dried tantalum slurry in a protective environment of inert gas, vacuum sintering the dried tantalum slurry to obtain a porous sintered body, and vacuum annealing then treating the porous sintered body with normal post-treatments to obtain the porous tantalum. Accordingly, the porous tantalum has well-distributed interconnecting pores and sintering neck structures resulting in good mechanical properties, and especially good ductility.
