The present invention uses screws to connect the left clamp to the right clamp, thus clamping the rail to the cargo hopper, which, together with the anti-rotation effect of the plate, makes the clamp not only a stable connection of the rail to the cargo hopper, but also the screws will not loosen and have a long service life.

Abstract: Disclosed are a grain boundary and surface-doped rare earth zirconium-based ceramic material and a preparation method and application thereof, and part of doped elements are positioned at the grain boundary and surface of the rare earth zirconium-based ceramic material by a step-by-step doping method. The sintering activity of the rare earth zirconium-based ceramic material can be changed by adjusting the type and content of doping elements at the grain boundary and the surface, thereby enabling the control of the grain size and the grain boundary number and characteristics of the rare earth zirconium-based ceramic material, and finally optimizing the properties, such as electrical and mechanical properties, of the material. The doping method has the advantages of simple process, low cost and high universality, and can meet the requirements of different rare earth zirconium-based ceramics on doping elements, and thus is suitable for large-scale application.

The binder improves the porosity of the separator, increases the ionic conductivity, and reduces the internal resistance, thereby enhancing the cycling performance of the secondary battery.

The acrylate copolymer has good adhesion, and a contact point of the binder with the ring-shaped structure is a circle line of the ring-shaped binder. The ring-shaped binder has bonding points with larger areas than a spherical binder, such that good bonding performance can be achieved when the usage amount of the binder with the ring-shaped structure is reduced.

The binder with a core-shell structure includes the core structure of the rigid polymer. During cold pressing of a battery cell, the rigid polymer acts as a support, making a particle structure of the binder stable, that is, the rigid polymer acts as a support, resulting in an overall increase in the rigidity of the binder.

Abstract: This invention presents an ocean observation platform with an integrated, highly reliable wave energy generation mechanism, relevant to power supply technology in marine environments. It includes a platform floating body and a power generation mechanism located at the platform's bottom. The mechanism features disassemblable power generation piles, arranged in a circular array on the floating body. This design ensures that if one pile fails, the others continue generating electricity, enabling a long-term, stable, and continuous power supply. This is particularly useful for monitoring meteorological, temperature, salinity, and ocean current data in complex marine conditions.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method of reducing and controlling a hazardous substance in a process of high-value biological conversion of an urban organic waste. The method includes: 1) mixing a sludge, a first urban organic waste and an organic acid with water for acclimation to obtain an acclimatized sludge; 2) stage 1 of biological conversion: mixing the acclimatized sludge with a second urban organic waste to perform anaerobic culture; 3) stage 2 of biological conversion: adding nitrate and bacteria to continue anaerobic culture so as to obtain an organic acid. In the present invention, sludge microbes are acclimatized and then added to high-value chemicals such as acetic acid, propanoic acid and lactic acid prepared in biological conversion of the urban organic waste and then added with bacteria. Thus, by controlling pH value, microbe addition amount and nitrate concentration, the unfavorable effect of the antibiotics and heavy metal ions.
