    Abstract: A garment has a material tubular body portion with a first end and a second end opposite the first end. The first end is closed. The body portion has opposing sides extending between the first end and the second end. A first arm portion and a second arm portion are disposed on the body portion at the first end on opposite ones of the opposing sides. Each of the first and second arm portions have respective free arm ends to allow the first and second arm portions to be connected to one another when wrapped around a wearer's waist.
