There are a second intellectual property block and a third intellectual property block around the first intellectual property block. There is a multiple metal layer stack over the first intellectual property block, the second intellectual property block, and the third intellectual property block. An interconnect structure is situated in the upper portion of the multiple metal layer stack. The interconnect structure is configured for connecting the first intellectual property block and the second intellectual property block. In addition, at least a part of the interconnect structure extends across and over the third intellectual property block.

Abstract: A display device and a signal source switching method therefore are provided. The display device is connected with a first signal source device and a second signal source device and includes a switching circuit, a receiver circuit and a control circuit. The switching circuit includes a first connection port and a second connection port, which are respectively connected to the first signal source device and the second signal source device. When the control circuit receives a signal source switching command, the control circuit records a current operating state of each of the first signal source device and the second signal source device. When the control circuit receives an active source command from the first signal source device, the control circuit refers to the current operating state to control the switching circuit to switch the image signal source to the first signal source device or the second signal source device.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a semiconductor structure is provided. A substrate including a fin structure is received, provided or formed. A sacrificial gate layer is formed over the fin structure and a source/drain structure is formed adjacent to the sacrificial gate layer, wherein the sacrificial gate layer is surrounded by a dielectric structure. The sacrificial gate layer is removed, wherein a recess is defined by the dielectric structure. A work function layer is formed in the recess, wherein the work function layer includes an overhang portion at an opening of the recess. A thickness of the work function layer is reduced. A glue layer is formed over the work function layer. A semiconductor structure thereof is also provided.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for manufacturing an auto-crosslinked hyaluronic acid gel, comprising conducting auto-crosslinking reaction of a colloid containing hyaluronic acid continuously at low temperature in an acidic environment, and treating the reaction product with steam at high temperature to obtain the auto-crosslinked hyaluronic acid gel with high viscosity.

A semiconductor package may include an interposer, a semiconductor die bonded to a first side of the interposer, an encapsulant on the first side of the interposer encircling the semiconductor die, a substrate bonded to the a second side of the interposer, an underfill between the interposer and the substrate, and one or more of dam structures on the substrate. The one or more dam structures may be disposed adjacent respective corners of the interposer and may be in direct contact with the underfill. The coefficient of thermal expansion of the one or more of dam structures may be smaller than the coefficient of thermal expansion of the underfill.

Abstract: A method for presenting application list is disclosed, which is applied to an electronic device. The method includes activating a list arrangement program which reads several applications and generates categorized application list accordingly. Each application is associated with one of the categories, and includes objects representing the application. The categorized application list includes several groups, each of them includes a category name of one category and the objects associating with one or more applications under the category. The method further includes receiving the control command for displaying one of the groups at the index region of the user interface of the electronic device. The index region is arranged at the side of the user interface. Thus, an application list which is categorized may be provided for improving the convenience of accessing applications.

After a guide enable signal is received, a program database is searched according to a current channel to obtain a current category corresponding to the current channel. The program database includes a plurality of categories, each category includes a plurality of channels, and each channel includes a plurality of programs. A program menu corresponding to the current channel is displayed according to a dependence relationship between the current category, the current channel, and the programs of the current channel in the program database.

Abstract: A wearable device, an electronic apparatus and a method for recording user actions are provided. The wearable device includes a body, at least one sensor and a memory module. An outer part of the body includes a surface, and an internal part includes an accommodating space. The sensor senses touching actions of a user to the surface, and records the location, the force and the number of the touching actions with respective to the surface, so as to form touching information corresponded to the touching actions. Thus, when the user is dressed the wearable device, the sensor senses and stores instinctive physical touching actions of the user relative to the user body covered by the wearable device, and the touching actions can become the basis of the diagnosis by the doctor.

Abstract: A method of playing an internet video for an electronic device is disclosed. First electronic program list data is grouped according to at least two condition factors not related to program broadcasting time to generate at least a first set of two-dimensional program list data. A display unit of a multimedia reproduction system is controlled to display the at least the first set of two-dimensional program list data on a screen thereof, wherein the screen displays a plurality of image blocks on a first plane, the image blocks on the first plane individually represent at least a portion of programs corresponding to the first set of two-dimensional program list data and are arranged according to first and second coordinate axes corresponding to first and second condition factors. When the system receives a selection indication, a program represented by one image block corresponding to the selection indication is played on the screen.
