    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a preparation method for a flame retardant and an epoxy resin composite material. The preparation method for the flame retardant includes: performing silane modification on MXene; preparing a MXene dispersion; dissolving a certain amount of phosphorus-chlorine bond-rich modifier and acid scavenger in tetrahydrofuran, and adding the mixture into the MXene dispersion after complete dissolution; dissolving a certain amount of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene and organic amine in tetrahydrofuran, and slowly adding dropwise into the mixed solution after dissolution; after completion of the reaction, filtering to obtain the product, washing the product with tetrahydrofuran and water, respectively, multiple times, and drying the product in a vacuum oven to obtain the flame retardant. The flame retardant prepared according to the present invention achieves superior flame retardancy at a lower loading content.

Based on a determination that the number of touch inputs received during the first time corresponds to the high frequency touch rate, the method can include analyzing the first portion of the touch screen associated with the high frequency touch rate for one or more touch inputs at a first scan rate and a second portion of the touch screen associated with the low frequency touch rate at a second scan rate (which can be lower than the first scan rate).

    Abstract: Embodiments described herein relate to managing access to an embedded universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) to obtain subscriber identity module (SIM) information without requiring cellular baseband wireless processing support. A baseband component of a wireless device that connects to the eUICC via a first interface can be in a reduced power state, and under certain conditions a processor external to the eUICC can access the eUICC via a second interface without booting up the baseband component to a normal (full) power state. When access to the eUICC via the first interface through the baseband component is required, the baseband component can be booted to a normal (full) power state to communicate with the eUICC. Additionally, a wireless device in which the baseband component is in a reduced power state or is absent can access one or more services of a mobile network operator (MNO) via a non-cellular wireless interface.

    Abstract: This application describes managing configuration of a bootstrap electronic SIM (eSIM) for a wireless device. A bootstrap eSIM on an embedded universal integrated circuit card (eUICC) of the wireless device is configured as needed to provide cellular wireless access. The bootstrap eSIM is configured with an initial international mobile subscriber identity (i-IMSI) value used to establish a cellular connection to obtain a bootstrap IMSI (b-IMSI) value allocated for temporary, dedicated use by the wireless device. The b-IMSI value is selected by a bootstrap server based on a bootstrap selection rule obtained from a bootstrap rules service, where the bootstrap selection rule accounts for a use case type provided by the wireless device and indicating a purpose for use of the b-IMSI value. The b-IMSI value is returned to a pool for use by other wireless devices after expiration of a timer or responsive to a delete notification message.
