    Abstract: A micro-electronic element transfer apparatus including a first conveyer portion, a second conveyer portion, and a light source device is provided. The first conveyer portion is configured to output a plurality of micro-electronic elements. The second conveyer portion includes a first rolling component and a substrate. The substrate is disposed on the first rolling component and is moved through rolling of the first rolling component. A plurality of bumps are disposed on the substrate. The light source device is configured to irradiate the bumps for heating, and the bumps generate a phase transition. When the micro-electronic elements are outputted from the first conveyer portion, a connection force between the micro-electronic elements and the first conveyer portion is less than a connection force between the micro-electronic elements and the bumps. The micro-electronic elements are respectively bonded to the bumps. A micro-electronic element transfer method is also provided.

An eSIM associated with the particular MNO is reserved during a sales order process and later activated during device activation after receipt by a user using a secure over-the-air (OTA) cellular connection enabled by the limited functionality pSIM, when a non-cellular connection or other Internet accessible connection is available. Dual SIM device configuration processes can be suppressed during activation of the eSIM. After successful attachment of the mobile wireless device to a cellular wireless network of the particular MNO using credentials of the eSIM, the limited functionality pSIM is disabled.

The source wireless device obtains a transfer token from an MNO entitlement server for transfer of the selected cellular wireless service plan and provides the transfer token to the target wireless device via a secure, short distance Bluetooth connection or, alternatively, embedded in an encrypted QR code. The target wireless device uses the transfer token to obtain a new eSIM associated with transfer of the cellular wireless service plan.

According to the present disclosure, the carbon content near the surface layer of the aluminum alloy material is increased, and the hardness and wear resistance of the prepared hydrophobic surface can be effectively improved.
