Abstract: The present invention relates to methods and compositions for enhancing delivery of vaccine antigens to the mucosal epithelium, the composition comprising an antigen from an infectious agent fused with an Fc fragment of an immunoglobulin recognized by the neonatal receptors (FcRn). The composition is effective in eliciting a protective long-term memory T cell immune response against infection at a distant mucosal site.

Abstract: This application discloses a method implemented of recognizing a keyword in a speech that includes a sequence of audio frames further including a current frame and a subsequent frame. A candidate keyword is determined for the current frame using a decoding network that includes keywords and filler words of multiple languages, and used to determine a confidence score for the audio frame sequence. A word option is also determined for the subsequent frame based on the decoding network, and when the candidate keyword and the word option are associated with two distinct types of languages, the confidence score of the audio frame sequence is updated at least based on a penalty factor associated with the two distinct types of languages. The audio frame sequence is then determined to include both the candidate keyword and the word option by evaluating the updated confidence score according to a keyword determination criterion.

Abstract: An inverter control method, apparatus, and system are provided. The method in the embodiments of the present invention includes obtaining power distribution line graph of an inverter switch according to an output power and an input voltage that are of an inverter; when an area to which the inverter belongs is a first area and the inverter switch works at a second frequency, switching the inverter switch to a first frequency; and when the area to which the inverter belongs is a second area and the inverter switch works at the first frequency, switching the inverter switch to the second frequency. In the embodiments of the present invention, whether a working frequency of an inverter switch needs to be changed is determined according to an output power and an input voltage, which improves control efficiency, thereby effectively improving conversion efficiency of an inverter.

Abstract: A method of applying a protective coating to a substrate includes applying a surface treatment to edges of the substrate to increase surface wettability of the edges and/or preheating the substrate. A curable coating material is applied to the edges. Then, the substrate is spun to adjust a thickness and uniformity of the curable coating material applied on the substrate edges. The curable coating material is cured to form the protective coating on the substrate edges.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method is performed at a server having one or more processors and memory storing programs executed by the one or more processors for authenticating a user from video and audio data. The method includes: receiving a login request from a mobile device, the login request including video data and audio data; extracting a group of facial features from the video data; extracting a group of audio features from the audio data and recognizing a sequence of words in the audio data; identifying a first user account whose respective facial features match the group of facial features and a second user account whose respective audio features match the group of audio features. If the first user account is the same as the second user account, retrieve the sequence of words associated with the user account and compare the sequences of words for authentication purpose.

The method may further include the steps of placing a malleable registration guide onto the adjustable model and shaping the registration guide to fit to the adjustable model. The method may further include the step of intraoperatively determining the location of a patient's bone using the custom registration guide. The step of determining the location of the patient's bone may include the steps of coupling the registration guide and fiducial markers to the patient's bone.

Abstract: Described herein are coating compositions for protecting one-glass solution (OGS) glasses and other display glasses during processing. The coatings are non-reactive to typical indium-tin oxide touch components, metal electrodes, and black matrix inks, and can thus be used to over-coat these materials. In one aspect, the coating compositions described herein can be applied by a screen printing application process in a single layer or in multiple layers and are compatible with CNC edge grinding and acid etching. Further, the protective coatings are rigid, but not brittle, and are durable but still able to be processed rapidly. Additionally, the protective coatings are transparent, allowing alignment marks on the substrates to be visible. Finally, the protective coatings can easily be removed after substrate processing has been completed.

Abstract: A method of edge coating a batch of glass articles includes printing masks on surfaces of a glass sheet, where at least one of the masks is a patterned mask defining a network of separation paths. The glass sheet with the printed masks is divided into multiple glass articles along the separation paths. For at least a batch of the glass articles, the edges of the glass articles in the batch are finished to reduce roughness at the edges. Each finished edge is then etched with an etching medium to reduce and/or blunt flaws in the finished edge. A curable coating is simultaneously applied to the etched edges. The curable coatings are pre-cured. Then, the printed masks are removed from the glass articles with the curable coatings. After removing the printed masks, the pre-cured curable coatings are post-cured.

Abstract: A semiconductor package and a fabrication method thereof are disclosed, which is characterized in that a solder material is used to bond an LED chip and a substrate so as to provide a thick joint between the substrate and the LED chip and hence reduce stresses generated between the LED chip and the substrate due to their CTE mismatch, thereby preventing delamination from occurring between the LED chip and the substrate after a reliability test.
