Abstract: A computer enclosure includes a chassis having a rear wall, a transfer card, a mounting bracket, and a PCI card. An expansion slot is defined in the rear wall of the chassis. A detachable shielding cover is formed on the rear wall adjacent to the expansion slot. The transfer card is secured in the chassis. The transfer card has a circuit board perpendicular to the rear wall. The mounting bracket is secured to the rear wall of the chassis and has a width substantially equal to a length of the expansion slot. The PCI card is secured to the mounting bracket and perpendicularly attached to the transfer card. A receiving space corresponding to the shielding cover is defined shielding cover and the PCI card, for receiving a connector between the mounting bracket and the circuit board of the transfer card.

Abstract: A drive bracket assembly for carrying data storage devices, includes a first carrying bracket having a pair of side walls, a second carrying bracket mounted in the first carrying bracket, and a locking latch. The second carrying bracket includes a pair of side walls. A securing member including a first blocking tab formed on each side wall of the second carrying bracket. A locking latch is resiliently and moveably attached to one of the side walls of the first carrying bracket. A blocking member corresponding to the first blocking tab of the securing member is formed on the locking latch, for preventing a movement of the second carrying bracket along a first direction parallel to the side walls of the first carrying bracket. The first carrying bracket can be mounted in the first carrying bracket for carrying small type data storage devices. The second carrying bracket can be removed from the first carrying bracket so that the first carrying bracket can hold more large type data storage devices.

Abstract: A mounting assembly includes a chassis having a plurality of opposite receiving tabs thereon, and a plurality of bracket subassemblies slidably mounted to the chassis along the receiving tabs of the chassis. Each bracket subassembly secures a fan therein and includes a bracket having a rear wall and two opposite sidewalls, a positioning member, and a lift-out apparatus attached to the bracket. The lift-out apparatus includes a clasping member fixed to the bracket, a sliding member slidably sandwiched between the sidewall of the bracket and the clasping member, and an elastic member. A locking structure is formed on the sliding member and the sidewall of the bracket. When the locking structure is unlocked, the sliding member is lifted out due to rebounding of the elastic member. The sliding member is then pulled to urge the bracket subassembly to disengage from the chassis.

The bracket includes a pair of parallel side plates (11) with a slideway defined therebetween for guiding the disk drive in a direction parallel to the side plates into the bracket. A securing opening (118) is defined in one of the side plates. The carrier includes a tray (30) for receiving the disk drive. A handle (60) is pivotably attached to the tray at an axis parallel to the side plates. A stop (68) is formed on an end of the handle for engaging with the securing opening of the bracket. A locking member (75) is rotatably attached to a free end of the handle from an inner side thereof.

The clamping member defines a locking hole. The clamping member is placed on the top of the plate with the shank inserted in the locking hole of the clamping member. The clamping member is rotatable about the shank between a first position where the shank is movable relative to the clamping member in a lengthwise direction thereof, and a second position where the clamping member is locklingly engaged in the at least one slot of the shank.

The latch member depresses the second end of the clipping plate thereby forcing the second end of the clipping plate to abut against the sidewall of the mounting bracket.
