    Abstract: A server rack includes a base and a receiving bracket secured to the base. The base includes a pair of parallel guiding rails. A limiting member is formed on each guiding rail and extends along a first direction. A horizontal guiding slot is defined in the limiting member along an extension direction of each guiding rail. The receiving bracket is supported on and slidable long the guiding rails in the first direction, including a pair of opposite sidewalls parallel to the guiding rails. A horizontal sliding portion is formed on each sidewall of the receiving bracket corresponding to the guiding slot of the limiting member, and engaged with the guiding slot in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction when the receiving bracket is entirely retracted into the base, to prevent the receiving bracket shaking relative to the base during shipment.

The motherboard is placed on the securing panel and secured with the chassis. The motherboard includes a plurality of through holes (22) corresponding to the plurality of screw holes of the securing panel and an electronic component (50) located among the through holes. The heat sink with a plurality of fastening bolts (42) placed on the electronic component. The fastening bolts of the heat sink are screwed into the through holes of the motherboard and the screw holes of the securing panel to fasten the securing panel and the heat sink at opposite sides of the motherboard.

The locking hole has an inserting hole and a restricting hole. In assembly, the securing post inserts into the inserting hole of the back panel with the head portion passing through the inserting hole and the shank portion received in the inserting hole. The back panel moves to have the first edge resisting against the first side plate. The shank portion of the securing post moves into the restricting hole to sandwich the back panel between the head portion of the securing post and the second side plate.

The first carrying bracket can be mounted in the first carrying bracket for carrying small type data storage devices. The block engages with the protrusion of the bottom plate for preventing the positioning tabs detaching from the positioning pieces, and is disengagable therefrom by driving the handle.
