A special light source is used as an ambient light to hatch the poultry hatching egg. The special light source is light-emitting diode (LED) monochromatic blue light with a light intensity of 20 lux to 50 lux and a wavelength of about 450 nm, such that the light can reduce the negative effect of heat acclimatization at a hatching stage of the poultry hatching egg.
