    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a laser scanning apparatus, which is a key component of a Lidar and may be used in fields such as autonomous driving and intelligent driving. The scanning apparatus includes: a scanning micromirror chip, a packaging shell, and a packaging component. The scanning micromirror chip includes a scanning micromirror and a laser, where the scanning micromirror and the laser are integrated at different positions of the scanning micromirror chip. The packaging shell is located on the scanning micromirror chip, and forms a hollow structure together with the scanning micromirror chip. Both the laser and the packaging component are located in the hollow structure. In addition, the packaging component is fixed on the packaging shell, and is configured to collimate and reflect a beam emitted by the laser, and emit an output beam to the scanning micromirror.

    Abstract: The present application provides a locking structure used to combine with fabric, relating to the technical field of articles for daily use. The locking structure used to combine with fabric comprises a base, an upper cover and an elastic fixing ring. The base is provided with an accommodating groove used to receive a control switch, a top surface of the base being located at the accommodating groove and fixedly provided with a fixing member, and the fixing member being provided with claws used to grasp the fabric. An inner wall of the upper cover is provided with a ring groove used to accommodate the elastic fixing ring, an inner wall of the elastic fixing ring is provided with a buckle, and an outer wall of the fixing member is provided with a slot used to engage with the buckle. When the buckle is engaged with the slot, the bottom of the upper cover can abut against the claw. This achieves the technical effect of a control switch wire not being easily damaged.

    Abstract: There is provided a method and device for time-of-flight (TOF) ranging. The method includes generating, by each photon detector in a photon detector array, a quantized current pulse each time a predefined number of photons is detected. The method further includes summing, by a current adder, the quantized current pulses from all photon detectors to create an analog signal pulse. The method further includes providing, by a peak detector, a digital pulse for each instance where an intensity of the analog signal pulse is greater than signal peaks already measured after the last emitted pulsed laser shot. The method further includes measuring and recording, by a time-to-digital converter (TDC), a TOF each time the digital pulse is provided. The method further includes providing, by a TOF output, a single TDC result indicative of a TOF associated with the analog signal pulse having a highest intensity.

    Abstract: A miRNA marker for the treatment and/or diagnosis of Alzheimer's disease (AD), and the miRNA marker is a miRNA23 cluster. The miRNA23 cluster is used in the diagnosis and treatment of AD. The expression of the miRNA23 cluster is detected using primers for the microRNA marker through AD model cells, AD model animals and natural aging animals, and blood of AD patients, and it is found that the expression of the miRNA23 cluster is significantly reduced during the progression of AD, which reduces neuronal apoptosis by inhibiting the GSK-3?-mediated tau protein phosphorylation. Therefore, the miRNA23 cluster can be used as a novel biomarker and therapeutic target for the early, non-invasive diagnosis and treatment of AD.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a laser measurement system and a laser radar. In one aspect, a laser measurement system includes N laser ranging components, a reflector, and MEMS micromirror. The N laser ranging components can emit an emergent light beam onto the reflector. The reflector can perform optical path reflecting on the emergent light beam and emit the reflected emergent light beam onto the MEMS micromirror. The MEMS micromirror can change a direction of the emergent light beam to implement two-dimensional scanning, change a direction of an echo light beam, and emit this beam onto the reflector. The reflector can perform optical path reflecting on the echo light beam and emit this beam onto the N laser ranging components. The N laser ranging components can receive the echo light beam and perform ranging based on a time difference between the emergent light beam and the echo light beam.

    Abstract: A method for reducing the negative effect of heat acclimatization for the hatching of a poultry hatching egg is provided. A special light source is used as an ambient light to hatch the poultry hatching egg. The special light source is light-emitting diode (LED) monochromatic blue light with a light intensity of 20 lux to 50 lux and a wavelength of about 450 nm, such that the light can reduce the negative effect of heat acclimatization at a hatching stage of the poultry hatching egg. The method can reduce the levels of oxidation products such as malondialdehyde (MDA) and corticosterone in a chicken embryo during heat acclimatization at the hatching stage of the poultry hatching egg and increase the expression levels of antioxidase and heat shock protein (HSP) genes, and the special light source reduces the metabolic heat production of the chicken embryo.

The TIA circuit compensate gain for the received current signal based on a received control signal, to obtain a voltage signal, where a frequency response value of the current signal within first bandwidth is greater than that within the bandwidth of the optoelectronic detector, and any frequency in the first bandwidth is not lower than an upper cut-off frequency of the optoelectronic detector. The single-ended-to-differential converter converts the voltage signal into a differential voltage signal. The I/O interface outputs the differential voltage signal. The controller generates the control signal based on the differential voltage signal.
