Abstract: Techniques for implementing adaptive loop filtering are described. One example method of video processing includes making a first determination, for a conversion between a video unit of a video and a bitstream of the video, a first luma adaptive loop filter (ALF) boundary across which a luma adaptive loop filter is selectively applied to a luma component of the video unit and a second luma ALF boundary; making a second determination, from the second luma ALF boundary, a chroma ALF boundary across which a chroma adaptive loop filter is selectively applied for a chroma component of the video unit; and performing the conversion based on the first determination and the second determination.

Abstract: A suspicious pattern can be detected within a transaction network of nodes. Nodes of the network are walked by determining if any adjacent node to a current node is within the suspicious pattern. If an adjacent node is within the suspicious pattern, that node is walked to. Based on the walk, a node sequence can be generated.

Abstract: A method of video processing includes making a determination for a conversion between a video region of a video and a bitstream representation of the video to use a cross-component adaptive loop filtering (CC-ALF) tool for refining chroma samples values using luma sample values; and performing the conversion based on the determination, wherein the refining includes correcting the chroma sample values using a final refinement that is a further refinement of a first refinement value determined by selectively filtering the luma sample values.

Abstract: Several techniques for video encoding and video decoding are described. One example method includes performing a conversion between a video picture of a video comprising one or more slices and a bitstream of the video picture according to a rule. The rule specifies that that whether a first syntax element indicating a usage of a coding tool is present at a first level is based on a syntax flag indicating whether a syntax structure of a second level is not present at the first level, wherein the second level is higher than the first level, and wherein the second level is the video picture level or higher than the video picture level.

Abstract: A method of video processing is described. The method includes performing a conversion between a current video block of a video and a coded representation of the current video block according to a rule, wherein the rule specifies that, due to use of an identity transform coding tool for representing the current video block into the coded representation, a syntax field indicative of a quantization parameter used for decoding the current video block is included such that a value of the quantization parameter is modified according to a rule, wherein the identity transform coding tool allows coefficient values at a transform domain of the current block to be same as values of a residual block of the current video block.

Abstract: A work machine, such as a tractor or skid steer, has a motion sensor attached to a segment of a continuous ground-engaging track in its undercarriage. The motion sensor generates motion data indicative of a change in motion for the track segment as the track rotates around a track assembly. An electronic controller for the work machine receives and evaluates the motion data, first to identify a location of the track segment within the undercarriage and then to compare the motion data with expected motion data for the track segment under normal track tension. Motion data outside a range of the expected motion data indicates an abnormal sag in the track, causing the electronic controller to generate an alert for adjustment of the track tension.

Abstract: This disclosure provides a query task execution method, apparatus, computer device, storage medium. The method includes: receiving a query task for a target data table; determining at least one candidate degree of parallelism for executing the query task based on a first number of child tables obtained by pre-partitioning the target data table; selecting a target degree of parallelism within a preset range of degrees of parallelism from the at least one candidate degree of parallelism; and determining required computing units according to the target degree of parallelism, and evenly allocating the child tables to the computing units which concurrently execute the query task based on the allocated child tables.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a database-based data query method, an apparatus, an electronic device and a storage medium. The method includes: receiving a data query request; determining a plurality of search strategies that match target data as indicated by the data query request; for each search strategy, querying a data selection rate stored in association with the search strategy from a cache, wherein the data selection rate stored in the cache is determined based on real selection rates obtained from multiple historical data queries; in response to an existence of the data selection rate stored in association with the search strategy, taking the data selection rate as a target selection rate corresponding to the search strategy; and determining a target search strategy based on the target selection rate corresponding to respective search strategy, wherein the target data is obtained from a database based on the target search strategy.

The method includes: A first device sends a first message, where the first message is used to discover another device; the first device receives one or more second messages from one or more devices, where the second message is a response message for the first message; the first device determines, based on the one or more second messages, to establish a connection to a second device in the one or more devices; and the first device negotiates, with the second device, link information used to establish direct communication between the first device and the second device, and establishes a direct communication connection to the second device based on the link information. After a communication connection is established between devices based on discovery, link information is negotiated, and direct communication is established based on the link information, to form a system.

In a representative aspect, a method for video coding includes receiving a bitstream representation of a current block of video data comprising a luma component and a chroma component, determining parameters of a linear model based on a first set of samples that are generated by down-sampling a second set of samples of the luma component, and processing, based on the parameters of the linear model, the bitstream representation to generate the current block.

Abstract: A liquid crystal composition includes a component A composed of one or more liquid crystals with negative dielectric anisotropy and a component B composed of one or more compounds selected from a general formula I, where the optical anisotropy of the liquid crystal composition is larger than 0.14. The elastic coefficient of a liquid crystal system is adjusted by introducing a bi-mesogenic compound into a negative liquid crystal or a negative liquid crystal mixture. When the liquid crystal composition is used for the dimming device, the minimum light transmittance of the dimming device in the dark state can be significantly reduced, the adjustment range of the light transmittance in the light state and the dark state can be expanded, and the haze in the dark state can be increased, thereby broadening the use range.

Abstract: Devices, systems, and methods for digital video coding, which includes constructing separate motion candidate lists for video coding, are described. An exemplary method for video processing includes constructing, for a first video block of a video, a first motion candidate list using a first motion candidate list construction method that excludes motion candidates that are only derived from temporal blocks, and performing a conversion between the first video block and a bitstream representation of the video including the first video block according to the constructed first motion candidate list.

Abstract: Multi-HMVP for affine is described. In an exemplary aspect, a method for video processing includes deriving, for a conversion between a current block of video and a bitstream representation of the current block, an affine model for the current block based on affine related information stored in at least one history motion vector prediction (HMVP) buffer of multiple HMVP buffers, the multiple HMVP buffers being used to store affine related information of blocks coded prior the current block in different categories; and performing the conversion by using the derived affine model.

Abstract: Intra block copy with triangular partitions is described. One example method includes determining, for a conversion between a block of a video and a bitstream representation of the block, that at least one of intra block copy (IBC) mode, intra mode, inter mode and palette mode is applied to multiple sub-regions of the block, where the block is split into two or multiple triangular or wedgelet sub-regions; and performing the conversion based on the determination.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a query method for a data table in a database, an apparatus, a computer device and a storage medium. The method includes: acquiring a data table query instruction, the data table query instruction is used to perform a Hash Join query operation on target join columns of a plurality of data tables in the database; constructing, in a build phase of the Hash Join, a hash data table according to tabular data corresponding to a target join column of a first data table among the plurality of data tables; determining, based on table statistical information of the hash data table, whether to construct a runtime filter for filtering a second data table in a probe phase of the Hash Join; and if so, determining a data query result with the constructed runtime filter based on the hash data table and the second data table.
