    Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for preparing ferrite/reducing metal composite particles and a method for preparing a high temperature resistant stealth coating based on 3D laser printing, belonging to the technical field of preparation of absorbing coatings. The present invention aims to solve the problems that an existing high-temperature absorbing coating has insufficient coating/matrix bonding force, the microstructure of the coating is difficult to control, and electromagnetic properties cannot be ensured. In the present invention, nano ferrite powder and nano reducing metal powder are prepared into composite particles by a mixing granulation process. In a sealed preparation chamber of a 3D printing device, composite particles are subjected to laser-induced in-situ reaction on the surface of a substrate to prepare a high temperature resistant stealth coating.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a hexa-lactoside-triazanonane triacetic acid (NOTA) derivative, a method for radiolabeling a hexa-lactoside positron emission tomography (PET) imaging agent for a liver receptor with Ga-68, and a hexa-lactoside PET imaging agent for a liver receptor. The hexa-lactoside-NOTA derivative is a conjugate of six chains of lactose with NOTA obtained by conjugating hexa-lactoside to a chelating agent p-thiocyanate-benzyl-triazanonane diacetic acid-glutamic acid in the presence of triethyl amine/dimethyl formamide as a solvent. The radiolabeling method comprises labeling with Ga-68 at room temperature. According to the present invention, the labeling effect is stable, the labeling efficiency of the labeled product is greater than 95%, the labeled product is highly stable and the radiochemical purity is still greater than 90% after 4 hours.

Meanwhile, the supporting structure needs less material, and has a light weight and lowered cost.

    Abstract: A method for treating a disease caused by protein retention in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) with a sarcoplasmic/endoplasmic reticulum calcium ATPase pump inhibitor encapsulated in a polymer nanoparticle. The polymer nanoparticle is surface-modified such that it is targeted to the ER. The inhibitor reduces protein retention in the ER and the encapsulation lowers side effects of the inhibitor, e.g., cytotoxicity, as compared to administering the inhibitor without encapsulation. Also disclosed is a pharmaceutical composition that can be used for carrying out the method. Further provided is a transgenic mouse carrying in its genome a heterologous nucleic acid that encodes an H338Y mutant gp91phox protein. The transgenic mouse can serve as a model for human chronic granulomatous disease.
