The method of generating a vibrating signal includes the following steps: S10 , generating one unit cycle of basic vibrating signals, wherein the unit cycle is less than a preset threshold; S20 , obtaining N unit cycles of vibrating sub-signals by using the basic vibrating signal as a parent and changing a signal parameter of the basic vibrating signal, wherein the N is a positive integer; and S30 , generating a vibrating signal according to the N unit cycles of vibrating sub-signals. The present invention can generate a vibrating signal that can start to stop immediately, and the vibrating signal can be more rich in constructing the vibration mode, more realistic to simulate the actual vibration, and can be used in a larger range.

In an example, a method for forming a 3D memory device is disclosed. A dielectric stack is formed on a substrate. The dielectric stack includes a plurality of interleaved dielectric layers and sacrificial layers. An opening extending vertically through the dielectric stack is formed. A shallow recess is formed by removing a part of a sacrificial layer abutting a sidewall of the opening. The sacrificial layer is at a lower portion of the dielectric stack. A semiconductor plug is formed at a lower portion of the opening. A part of the semiconductor plug protrudes into the shallow recess. A channel structure is formed above and in contact with the semiconductor plug in the opening. A memory stack including a plurality of conductor/dielectric layer pairs is formed by replacing, with a plurality of conductor layers, the sacrificial layers in the dielectric stack.

    Abstract: A method for searching an excitation signal for a motor and an electronic device. The method includes: randomly generating M excitation signals for the motor, and determining whether the M excitation signals allow vibration sense obtained after the motor is driven to be expected vibration sense; if yes, outputting this excitation signal as an optimal excitation signal; if no, calculating the M excitation signals according to a preset genetic algorithm to obtain a new generation of M excitation signals, and then determining whether the new generation of M excitation signals allow vibration sense obtained after the motor is driven to be the expected vibration sense, until the optimal excitation signal is obtained. In the present disclosure, the optimal excitation signal for obtaining the expected vibration sense after the motor is driven can be quickly found, and thus an efficiency thereof is high.

The results of the analysis can establish a wide range of traffic congestion model through the detection information of traffic flow, and traffic density. The use of pixel-based measurement methods can quantify the urban road temperature, establish the urban heat island effect model, analyze the influence of temperature and humidity on the disease spread, establish the disease diffusion model, and display the sensor data in the graphical user interface.
