Abstract: The present disclosure describes a method for memory cell placement. The method can include placing a memory cell region in a layout area and placing a well pick-up region and a first power supply routing region along a first side of the memory cell region. The method also includes placing a second power supply routing region and a bitline jumper routing region along a second side of the memory cell region, where the second side is on an opposite side to that of the first side. The method further includes placing a device region along the second side of the memory cell region, where the bitline jumper routing region is between the second power supply routing region and the device region.

Abstract: A method of forming a semiconductor device includes providing a substrate including a circuit region and a well strap region, forming a mandrel extending from the circuit region to the well strap region, depositing mandrel spacers on sidewalls of the mandrel, removing the mandrel in the circuit region, while the mandrel in the well strap region remains intact, patterning the substrate with the mandrel spacers in the circuit region and the mandrel in the well strap region as an etch mask, thereby forming at least a first fin in the circuit region and a second fin in the well strap region, and epitaxially growing a first epitaxial feature over the first fin in the circuit region and a second epitaxial feature over the second fin in the well strap region. A width of the second fin is larger than a width of the first fin.

The exercise wheel includes a wheel, a first support bar, and a second support bar, wherein a support portion is formed inside the wheel, and the support portion includes a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; an end of the first support bar is connected to the support portion, and the other end vertically extends outwardly in a direction away from the first surface; the second support bar and the first support bar are symmetrical about a center of the wheel, an end of the second bar is connected to the support portion, and the other end vertically extends outwardly in a direction away from the second surface; therefore, when holding the first and second support bars with two hands, a user can drive the wheel in a mode of riding a bicycle, so a body of the user moves forward and backward, so as to work muscles of an upper part of the body.

Abstract: An inertial dumb bell includes an outer barrel and an inner barrel is provided, wherein the outer barrel has two sealed ends, at least one first vent is disposed at a position of a barrel body of the outer barrel near a front end face, and at least one second vent is disposed at a position of the barrel body of the outer barrel near a back end face; the inner barrel having two sealed ends is accommodated in the outer barrel in a relatively slidable manner, at least one balance weight member is disposed in the inner barrel, and a length of the inner barrel is smaller than a distance between the first vent and the second vent. Therefore, when a user shakes the outer barrel, the inner barrel blocks the vents on one side of the outer barrel to form a buffering effect, so as to prevent the inner barrel from generating a strong impact on the outer barrel, thereby enhancing a training effect and ensuring the use safety.

Abstract: A gripping power training bender capable of counting the times of gripping, it has an elastic member, two ends of the elastic member each is connected to a handle, wherein one handle is connected with a counting member, at least a positioning member is positioned between the two handles and is provided with a through hole; and one end of a pulling rope is fixed on an end of one of the handles, the other end is connected to the counting member after being extended through the elastic member and the through hole. Thereby when a user exerts forces continuously on the two handles to bend the elastic member, one end of the pulling rope continuously pulls the counting member to count the times of gripping.

Abstract: A game table including a table body which has two mutually opposite inner sides each being provided with a scoring unit, two players in game competition can be decided of winning by the two scoring units that count the times of receiving a game utensil. Wherein the table body is provided thereon with two bubble generating devices that are respectively connected to and controlled by the two scoring units, so that that when either of the two scoring units receives a game utensil, one of the bubble generating devices is controlled to blow bubbles out.

Abstract: A sunshade tent, having a ground cloth, a sunshade cloth and a supporting part, the side corner of the ground cloth is provided with at least one first adapting module and second adapting module, each of the adapting module is fixed on the ground with a ground nail, respectively; the sunshade cloth is combined at its two sides separately with one flexible part, wherein two ends of two flexible parts is connected with the first adapting modules disposed diagonally. Two end of the supporting part are connected separately with the second adapting modules disposed diagonally, such that the supporting part is intersected with the two flexible parts. When the positioning portions are respectively connected with the engaging structures on the bottom of the skate body, locking members are extended through the first and the second holes to combine the fixing seats together with the positioning portions; the skate body and the skating device thus can be detached after removing the locking members.

Abstract: An exercise rowboat with a fan comprised of a supporting skeleton having thereon a slidable seat and two foot pedals respectively for seating and placing of feet of a user, the supporting skeleton is provided on its front end with a fan rotatable in one way, a stretching device able to make the fan rotate and a fixing mounting. The fixing mounting has thereon a driving wheel connecting axially with the fan, a resistance adjusting device and at least a supporting portion; an elastic rope is reeled around the driving wheel and the supporting portion; by the function of the elastic force of the elastic rope, an effect of exercising for a user can be obtained, and the elements required for assembling can be reduced. And by the rotation torque in elastically adjusting the fan with the resistance adjusting device, different effects of exercising can be obtained in pursuance of different individual requirements; the present invention is applicable to use as an indoor exercise rowboat training apparatus.
