    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the technical field of biomedicine, in particular to use of circUTRN in preparation of a drug for treating heart failure, a recombinant vector, and a drug for treating heart failure. It is proved by experiments that the drug for treating heart failure prepared by the circUTRN is capable of treating or ameliorating the heart failure, and especially has a desirable therapeutic effect on the heart failure caused by ischemia-reperfusion injury (IRI). Specifically, the circUTRN is capable of improving cardiac systolic dysfunction induced by myocardial IRI 3 weeks. In addition, the circUTRN is also capable of reducing an infarct size of acute myocardial IRI; and overexpression of the circUTRN can inhibit cardiomyocyte apoptosis induced by oxygen-glucose deprivation/recovery.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a control method and a control apparatus for a communication device, a communication system, and a storage medium. The control method for a communication device includes periodically outputting, a first level signal and a second level signal to the communication bus, and the second communication device establishes a data connection with the first communication device based on that the level signal on the communication bus is the first level signal, and the second communication device establishes a power supply connection with the first communication device based on that the level signal on the communication bus is the second level signal. Since the data connection and the power supply connection do not appear at the same time, the communication bus using the above-mentioned control method does not need to set an inductance compared to the traditional Home Bus.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method and system for quantifying a degree of blending of virgin and aged asphalt in HRAM. The method includes the following steps: first, constructing a relational equation between the microscale modulus of recycled asphalt in a fully blended state and the content of the aged asphalt; measuring the microscale modulus of the recycled asphalt, the microscale modulus of the aged asphalt, the microscale modulus of the virgin asphalt, and the content of the aged asphalt in the HRAM in situ; inputting the dates above into the relational equation to obtain the microscale modulus of the recycled asphalt in the fully blended state; and based on the microscale modulus of the recycled asphalt measured in situ and the microscale modulus of the recycled asphalt in the fully blended state, obtaining the degree of blending of the virgin and aged asphalt in the HRAM.

    Abstract: A method and device for evaluating truck platooning strategy based on fuel saving rate is provided, which is applied to the technical field of transportation engineering, the method comprising: S1: obtaining the truck platooning strategy, and judging whether the truck platooning strategy has been determined; S2: when the truck platooning strategy has been determined, obtaining fuel-consumption-related parameters of each truck in the truck queue, calculating the fuel saving rate of each truck in the truck queue based on the obtained s parameters, calculating the average fuel saving rate of whole truck queue based on the fuel saving rate of each truck, and evaluating the truck platooning strategy based on the average fuel saving rate. The present disclose can evaluate the fuel economy in the case of different truck types and different platooning strategies.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a method for preparing a AgNPs@SASP substrate material and application thereof. The present disclosure uses cyclohexane as an organic phase and ethanol as an inducer, and uses the interfacial tension of an organic/water interface for self-assembly to arrange the nanoparticles in a single layer. The addition of a low-dielectric solvent as an inducer reduces the charge density on the nanoparticles. As a result, the van der Waals force combined with the reduction of the Coulomb repulsion force cause the nanoparticles to reassemble at the organic/water interface to form a new equilibrium, and a SERS platform of AgNPs in a two-dimensional array is prepared. SERS detection and peak attribution analysis of different food-borne pathogen spores are carried out, and qualitative analysis is carried out by a multivariate statistical method to realize the rapid identification of spore-forming bacteria.
