    Abstract: A battery cell, a battery, and an electrical device are described. The battery cell includes an electrode assembly. The electrode assembly is wound along a winding direction to form a jelly-roll structure containing a roll core cavity in a central region. The battery cell further includes a gel-state central column packed in the roll core cavity and formed by coagulation. The central roll core cavity formed by winding the electrode assembly is packed with the gel material that coagulates to form a gel-state central column. In this way, the central column can support the electrode assembly after coagulating in shape, thereby improving the deformation resistance of the electrode assembly, and reducing the risk of central collapse of the electrode assembly. In addition, when the electrode assembly is squeezed, the central column can serve as an elastic cushion to some extent.
