The light guide plate has a light-incident surface and a light-emitting surface. Light generated by the light source enters the light guide plate and emits out from the light-emitting surface. With the light-adjusting member, a first light guide plate chromaticity is measured from the light-emitting surface. There is a first difference value between the first light guide plate chromaticity and the light source chromaticity. Without the light-adjusting member, a second light guide plate chromaticity is measured from the light-emitting surface. There is a second difference value between the second light guide plate chromaticity and the light source chromaticity. The first difference value is different from the second difference value.

    Abstract: A process for chemical mechanical polishing a substrate containing tungsten is disclosed to reduce corrosion rate and inhibit dishing of the tungsten and erosion of underlying dielectrics. The process includes providing a substrate; providing a polishing composition, containing, as initial components: water; an oxidizing agent; nonionic polyacrylamide; a dicarboxylic acid, a source of iron ions; a colloidal silica abrasive having a negative zeta potential; and, optionally, a pH adjusting agent; providing a chemical mechanical polishing pad, having a polishing surface; creating dynamic contact at an interface between the polishing pad and the substrate; and dispensing the polishing composition onto the polishing surface at or near the interface between the polishing pad and the substrate; wherein some of the tungsten is polished away from the substrate, corrosion rate is reduced, dishing of the tungsten is inhibited as well as erosion of dielectrics underlying the tungsten.

    Abstract: A novel means that can suppress development of arteriosclerotic lesions and treat arteriosclerosis is disclosed. An antiarteriosclerotic agent according to the present invention comprises, as an active ingredient, a substance which selectively suppresses B2 cells. The substance which selectively suppresses B2 cells is, for example, an anti-CD23 antibody. A first aspect of the method of assisting in determining a condition of arteriosclerosis according to the present invention comprises measuring expression of at least one gene selected from particular gene groups using a sample isolated from a subject. A second aspect of the method comprises measuring the level of IgG3 and/or the level of total IgG in a serum sample isolated from a subject.

On selecting a task, the scheduler may interact with the resource manager to generate an execution environment for the task, and cause execution of the task within the execution environment.
