    Abstract: A simulation method for characterizing the spatiotemporal changes of groundwater levels, which belongs to the technical field of computer machine learning; includes the steps of: obtaining long-term groundwater level data based on long-term groundwater monitoring wells; superimposing multiple hydrogeological parameter information based on groundwater level data; and constructing a regional neural network model with physical mechanism by using a two-dimensional groundwater seepage equation serving as a physical mechanism, thereby simulating the temporal and spatial evolution of regional groundwater levels. The present invention can strengthen the rational use of groundwater resources, implement scientific and effective supervision, and provide a scientific basis for protecting regional groundwater safety and promoting the sustainable development of groundwater resources.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a transition metal-doped iridium-based composite catalyst and its preparation and use. The catalyst is essentially composed of amorphous oxides of iridium and a transition metal. The transition metal is selected from a metal of Group IVB, a metal of Group VB or a combination thereof. In terms of moles, the ratio of the content of iridium to the content of the transition metal in the catalyst is (0.4-0.7):(0.3-0.6). In the XRD spectrum of the catalyst, there is no diffraction peak corresponding to Iridium oxide in rutile phase. There is no diffraction peak corresponding to the crystalline phase of the oxide of the transition metal. The catalyst is in the form of a nano powder, has a uniform bulk structure, high catalytic activity and low usage amount of the precious metal iridium, and has excellent performance when applied to the anode of a proton exchange membrane water electrolyzer.

A horizontal drainage system for vacuum drainage is set inside the sealed geotextile bag, with one end of the horizontal drain board being connected to a vacuum drainage pipe, and the drainage pipe passes through the sealed geotextile bag via a flange and is connected to the vacuum pump used for pumping the water in the sealed geotextile bag. Sludge includes engineering waste mud, river sludge and industrial sludge.

Spatial feature information of the QRS complex in the electrocardiogram signal is learned through the DenseNet, and then the spatial feature learned by the DenseNet and the time sequence data are input into respective channels of the dual-channel LSTM, so that the dual-channel LSTM can fuse the spatial information and the time sequence information of the QRS complex in the electrocardiogram signal, thereby improving a segmentation effect of the model on features, and finally improving accuracy of detecting the QRS complex.
