  • Publication number: 20250192504
Abstract: The present invention discloses a high-repetition-rate fiber laser having an ultrashort resonant cavity with a tunable repetition rate, including a pump source, a wavelength division multiplexer, an optical isolator, and an ultrashort resonant cavity with a tunable repetition rate. The wavelength division multiplexer is configured to couple pump light generated by the pump source into the ultrashort resonant cavity with a tunable repetition rate and output generated signal light to the outside of the ultrashort resonant cavity with a tunable repetition rate, and the optical isolator is connected to the wavelength division multiplexer. The ultrashort resonant cavity with a tunable repetition rate includes a first graded-index lens, a second graded-index lens, a ferrule, a sleeve tube, a gain fiber, a semiconductor saturable absorber mirror, and a dielectric film.

  • Patent number: 5908749
Abstract: Methods and compositions are provided for high resolution HLA typing using microsatellite repeats in the HLA region of the genome. Alleles from these markers are shown to be in tight linkage disequilibrium with HLA-DQ/DR alleles. The methods can be carried out on amplified nucleic acid produced by the polymerase chain reaction using the novel primers of the present invention. The microsatellite marker characterization may be employed in the association of diseases to HLA. The typing methods may be further employed in determining the suitability of a donor for tissue transplantation, including bone marrow transplantation, and in determining an individual's susceptibility to HLA associated diseases, particularly autoimmune diseases.

  • Patent number: PP36447
Abstract: A new and distinct cultivar of Hedychium plant named ‘FAIRY GIRL’ is disclosed characterized by robust plants with resistance to Pyricularia zingiberi (Ginger Blast). Inflorescences are dense and composed of attractive pale pink flowers with orange-red anthers. The new variety is useful as an ornamental plant in warm, wet climates.
