    Abstract: A door lock includes a main body having an inside seat and an outside seat. The inside seat includes two diametrically disposed flat surfaces and two arcuate surfaces. An inside rose liner is mounted around the inside seat and includes a central hole. A wall projects from a periphery delimiting the central hole and extends along a direction parallel to a longitudinal axis of the main body. The wall includes two diametrically disposed flat sections respectively engaged with the flat surfaces of the inside seat. The wall further includes two arcuate sections respectively engaged with the arcuate surfaces of the inside seat. Thus, the torque-bearing capacity of the door lock is improved.

    Abstract: A lock includes an outside spindle, an outside hub for rotatably receiving the outside spindle, a cam received in the outside spindle, and a sleeve received in the cam and slidable along a longitudinal direction of the outside spindle. A lug is formed on an end of the cam and operably connected to the retractor. The sleeve includes a longitudinal slot having an enlarged section. A peg is mounted in the cam and received in the longitudinal slot of the sleeve. The sleeve is engaged with the outside spindle to turn therewith. When the locking bar is moved to a locking position, the peg is located in the enlarged section such that the sleeve and the outside spindle turn freely without causing rotation of the cam when the outside spindle is turned.

    Abstract: An outside transmission assembly of a lock includes an outside spindle, an outside hub for rotatably receiving the outside spindle, a cam received in the outside spindle, a sleeve received in the cam, and a lug. The cam has an ear releasably engaged with a retractor. The lug has an arm and a ring formed on an end of the arm and mounted to the first end of the sleeve. The arm extends through the cam and the outside spindle. The cam and the outside spindle are turned jointly when the outside handle is turned. When the locking bar is moved to a locking position, the lug and the sleeve are moved away from the retractor. The cam is also moved away from the retractor such that the ear of the cam is disengaged from the retractor, allowing free rotation of the outside handle.

    Abstract: A method of forming dynamic random access memory (DRAM) comprising a deep trench capacitor with two electrodes and a node dielectric. The deep trench capacitor is formed by etching a deep trench, making a node dielectric on the surface of the trench, and filling the trench with poly-Si. The method also employs silicon on insulator (SOI) technology to form a single crystal Si layer on an insulator above the trench. The SOI is then contacted with the poly-Si electrode of the trench capacitor, and a transistor is fabricated above the trench capacitor. The method enables fabrication of a transistor above the trench capacitor and thereby frees space on the DRAM chip to allow for a greater density of devices on the DRAM chip.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for forming a self-aligned contact. In the present invention, a amorphous SiC layer or a HexaChloroDisilane-SiN (HCD-SiN) layer is formed on the surface of a transistor as an etching stopper layer. After removing part of the etching stopper layer, a gate protection film is formed on the surface of the gate electrode of a transistor. Due to the high etching selectivity of the gate protection film to the dielectric layer, the gate protection film effectively prevents the gate electrode of a transistor from being etched in the contact-etching process. In addition, the gate protection film has a low dielectric constant thereby reducing the parasitic capacitance of a bit line formed by the self-aligned contact forming method according to the present invention.

An outside rose is securely mounted around a second end of the adjusting sleeve to rotate move therewith.
