Abstract: Probable origination date may be derived by using a stream of data captured, for example, from the Internet and from other documentation sources such as historical information about a target object, its author, related environmental data, social media data, blogs, microblogs, posts, historical information, and/or other data sources. Techniques such as textual analysis, statistical analytics, and/or artificial intelligence may combine and correlate the information from data sources to extract clues that may indicate the original author and date of authorship. Based on the number of conflicting or validating references, and the relationships between them, a probability or confidence score in the accuracy of the analysis may be generated.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for verification of a generated route in computer assisted navigation. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for verification of a generated route in computer assisted navigation is provided. The method includes receiving an origin and a destination in a mapping application executing in memory by a processor of a computer and generating a first route in the mapping application from the origin to the destination. The method also includes receiving a waypoint for the first route and determining whether or not the waypoint is proximate to the first route. Finally, the method includes validating the first route only if it is determined that the waypoint is proximate to the first route. In one aspect of the embodiment, the method also can include generating an alternative route to include the waypoint if it is determined that the waypoint is not proximate to the first route.

Abstract: Providing supplemental authentication of a user based on hand gesture activity of a user with an application of a device after a user has completed a successful authentication challenge to initially access the device. Hand gesture activity of the user with the device is recorded during current use of an application of the device. The recorded hand gesture activity during current use of an application of the device is compared to previous recorded hand gesture activity during use of the same application of the device by an authorized user to provide a supplemental authentication of the user. When the recorded hand gesture activity does not match the previously recorded hand gesture activity during use of the same application, the use of the application on the device is halted and an additional authentication challenge requiring input from the user is presented to the user.

The compressor is arranged such that the working fluid flows through the drive module before reaching the aero module.

Responsive to determining that the user access request for the hashed image meets the one or more access request parameters, the one or more computer processors identify one or more user access permissions. The one or more computer processors prepare a modified image of the hashed image corresponding to the identified one or more user access permissions. The one or more computer processors send the modified image of the hashed image corresponding to the one or more user access permissions to a requesting user.

Abstract: A method for crowd sourcing tasks may include identifying a group of potential candidates for crowd sourcing. Each candidate of the group of potential candidates may be identified based on the candidate being expected to accept a certain type of task. The certain type of task may be at least a task that is performable within a predetermined range of time. The method may also include receiving a request to perform a particular task from a requester. The method may additionally include determining if the particular task is the certain type of task. The method may further include transmitting an offer for performance of the particular task to at least a subgroup of the group of potential candidates in response to the particular task being the certain type of task.

The system ranks each media file according to a likelihood that the each media file is processed at a time and a location associated with the predicted future usages. The system preemptively downloads the media files to a local data storage device of the mobile device, according to the ranking. There are also provided a system, a method and a computer program product for using one or more networks for a mobile device. The mobile device downloads an amount of data while the mobile device is connected to the first pre-determined wireless network. The mobile device configures certain applications in the mobile device to use the second pre-determined wireless network.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes: receiving, by a computer device and from a first plurality of vehicles, reports that describe driving behaviors of a second plurality of vehicles; determining, by the computer device and based on the reports, a pattern of driving behavior of a target vehicle of the second plurality of vehicles; and notifying, by the computer device, a user about the determined pattern of driving behavior of the target vehicle. The computer device that performs the receiving, the determining, and the notifying may be a central repository that is remote from the first plurality of vehicles and the second plurality of vehicles.

The method also includes initiating the audio conference responsive to a threshold number of callers having called into the audio conference, but prohibiting initiation of the audio conference until the threshold number of callers have called into the audio conference.

A primary communication from a primary communication session is detected, where the primary communication is between a first device and a second device, and where the primary communication session is a first type of communication session. A signal selecting a secondary communication session for future communications from the first device is received, where the secondary communication session is a second type of communication session that is different from the first type of communication session, and where the secondary communication session has been determined to be a preferable venue for the future communications from the first device. Future communications from the first device are then directed to the secondary communication session.

An identification of a desired item, which is initially available for purchase at a first physical store, is received. One or more processors then determine a likelihood of the first shopper arriving at the first physical store before the second shopper purchases a last available instance of the desired item in the first physical store. In response to determining that the first shopper will arrive at the first physical store before the last available instance of the desired item has been purchased by the second shopper, the first shopper is provided with an identity of the first physical store.

Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for facilitating access to a resource represented in an image at a later time. A screen capture of an image displayed on a computing device is implemented. Metadata, including the resource location, resource navigation and positional metadata, regarding the source data of the screen capture image is generated. The generated metadata is then embedded into the screen capture image. The screen capture image with the embedded metadata is then transmitted to a different user. By embedding the metadata into the screen capture image, the user receiving the screen capture image will be able to reproduce the state of the source environment when the image was captured using the embedded metadata thereby opening the resource represented in the image.
