Abstract: A video data transmission method and apparatus, and a communications device is provided. The method includes receiving, by a second communications device, a video call request sent by a first communications device, determining whether media capability information of the first communications device matches media capability information of the second communications device, constructing a Session Description Protocol (SDP) answer message when the media capability information of the second communications device does not match the media capability information of the first communications device and the media capability information of the second communications device and the media capability information of the first communications device include a same audio calling frequency, and sending the SDP answer massage to the first communications device so that the first communications device and the second communications device transmit video data.

Abstract: A belt has a band and a belt buckle. An end of the band has multiple hole sets formed thereon. The belt buckle is mounted on another end of the band and has a frame and a buckling element. An end of the buckling element is formed as at least one pivot bar pivotally connected to the frame. Another end of the buckling element is formed as multiple prongs selectively mounted through engaging holes of one of the hole sets. Thus, the buckling element and the band can be stably connected with each other. The prongs of the buckling element do not rub against edges around the engaging holes, so the engaging holes are not enlarged. Moreover, the prongs can be integrally formed on the buckling element. No additional manufacturing process is needed. Accordingly, the belt and the belt buckle are practical and convenient for manufacturing.

Abstract: Optoelectronic devices and thin-film semiconductor compositions and methods for making same are disclosed. The methods provide for the synthesis of the disclosed composition. The thin-film semiconductor compositions disclosed herein have a unique configuration that exhibits efficient photo-induced charge transfer and high transparency to visible light.

In the formula, R is H, hydroxyl, halogen, C1-C12 alkyl, C1-C12 alkoxy, nitro and carboxyl; and R can be placed at any position on the benzene rings; and the compound is a racemate or an optical isomer.

Abstract: A digital predistortion processing method and device, the method comprises: performing digital predistortion processing on a baseband signal according to a first predistortion correction parameter, converting the baseband signal after digital predistortion processing into a radio-frequency signal, dividing the radio-frequency signal, and respectively outputting each path of radio-frequency signal to a distinct power amplifier; and, coupling and outputting the radio-frequency signal output by each power amplifier to a feedback link for combination to obtain a combined signal, and performing conversion processing on the combined signal; and generating a predistortion correction parameter according to the combined signal after conversion processing and the baseband signal before digital predistortion processing, and updating the first predistortion correction parameter to a second predistortion correction parameter.

Thus, the apparatus is capable of generating a pulse train with an adjustable time interval to increase material processing quality and speed.

The beam splitting unit causes at least part of the object beam to be transmitted to the eye, and causes at least part of the image beam to be transmitted to the eye to display a virtual image.

Abstract: The present invention provides an automatic encoding device including a first electrode, a second electrode, and a third electrode. The first electrode and the second electrode are connected through a connecting point, so that an electric parameter between the first electrode and the second electrode changes according to a parameter needing to be corrected. The present invention further provides a method for applying the automatic encoding device to various biosensors and a method for manufacturing the automatic encoding device. Positions and the number of contacts for connecting the automatic encoding device and a detection system are fixed. Therefore, connection sites on the detection system are effectively utilized. On the other hand, the automatic encoding device in the present invention can provide different parameter information by only changing the positions of the connecting points on the electrodes, the process is simple and stable, and the probability of human errors is reduced.

Abstract: A method for segmenting video and audio into clips using speaker recognition is provided to segment audio according to speaker audio, and to make audio clips correspond to the audio and video signals to generate audio and video clips. The method instantly trains an independent speaker model by increasing an unknown speaker source audio signal, and the speaker recognition result is applied to determine the audio and video clips. Independent speaker clips of source audio are determined according to the speaker model and the speaker model is renewed according the independent speaker clips of source audio. This method segments audio by the speaker model without waiting for complete speaker feature audio signals to be collected. The method is also able to segment the audio and video into clips based on the recognition result of speaker audio, and can be used to segment TV audio and video into clips.

Abstract: A method for manufacturing a base structure of lens-focusing mechanism first prepares a conductive member having at least two conductive parts, interconnection part, contacts and two conductive pins. The conductive parts have proximity ends separated and staggered to each other. An insulating base is formed by injection molding and encapsulates the conductive member wherein the conductive pins, the interconnection part and the contacts are exposed out of the insulating base. The interconnection part is cut and then a spring member is mounted to the insulating base and electrically connected to the conductive pins through the contacts. The present invention can solve the problem of difficulty in assembling conductive pins and connecting the spring member for the insulating base. The conductive member is arranged within the insulating base such that plastic material can be saved, the flatness, the stability and the anti-damage ability of base can be enhanced.

Abstract: A slightly puffed, low density, moisture-absorbing and odor-absorbing additive that can readily remove undesirable odors from a confined space is produced from re-purposed spent carbon materials obtained from other processes. The product is particularly suitable as an addition to animal litters and the like with possible uses in human applications. An aspect of the method includes a step of extruding a spent carbon mixture, optionally containing diatomaceous earth to obtain the additive. Also disclosed are de-germinated corn flour, or grits, that aid process flow and can serve as a substrate for the spent carbon materials.

Abstract: Disclosed is a cold-water soluble starch and a process for preparing same. Generally, the process comprises providing a hydroxyalkyl starch and applying a shearing force to the starch in an extruder in the presence of moisture, the force and the moisture each being sufficient to gelatinize at least substantially all of the granules of the starch to thereby form a sheared starch. The starch is heated to its gelatinization temperature after the starch has passed partially through the barrel of the extruder, with the moisture being maintained at a level sufficiently high to allow gelatinization but sufficiency low to protect the starch from becoming too sticky to extrude. The extruded starch product thus formed may be used in connection with a number of film-forming, coating, and other applications.

The heat dissipation device includes a heat dissipation element, a conductive element and at least one fixing part. The heat dissipation element is disposed on the chip; the conductive element is connected electrically to the bare metal area of the circuit board and the heat dissipation element respectively; the fixing part passes through the fixing holes and is connected to the positioning hole, so as to fix the heat dissipation element to the circuit board. A circuit board is also provided, which includes a substrate, a chip, a positioning hole and the heat dissipation device.
