    Abstract: The invention provides a handheld projector and a projection method thereof. The handheld projector includes a projection module, a control module, a detecting module and a steering module. The control module drives the projection module to project an image towards an object, which includes a cursor. The detecting module generates a shift signal according to shift of the handheld projector, and transmits the shift signal to the control module. The control modules drives the steering module to rotate the projection module towards an opposite direction of the shift of the handheld projector, so as to make the image projected by the projection module stay in a fixed position of the object. Through the invention, projected image is not easily shocked, and the user only need move the handheld projector when change of the cursor position is desired, and thus operation convenience is greatly enhanced.

    Abstract: A disposable safety lancet device employed in an automated and painless procedure includes an outer casing, an inner sleeve, a lancet assembly and a spring. A lancet tube is provided in the lancet assembly. One end of the lancet assembly is snapped in the inner sleeve, and the other end is extended into the outer casing. Interlock fixing faces and protrusions are provided on the inner sleeve. Interlock guiding slopes and protrusion stoppers are provided on the inner wall of the outer casing. One end of the interlock engages the interlock fixing face, and the other end engages the interlock guiding slope. A lancing operation for taking blood can be simply performed only by turning wing plates having rib portions, aligning a blood taking aperture, and pushing the outer casing. After the lancing operation, the lancet tip is retracted into the inner sleeve, which prevents a second use by the fixation between the inner sleeve and the outer casing.

Moreover, the apparatus includes: a quasi excitation signal generation unit and a transition stage excitation signal acquisition unit. Through the synthesizing scheme of comfortable background noise according to the present invention, the transition of a synthesized signal from speech to background noise could be more natural, smooth and continuous, which makes the listeners feel more comfortable.
