    Abstract: An airborne detection device and an operational method for cracks in concrete infrastructure structures include a multi-rotor UAV equipped with an ultrasonic mechanism for collecting concrete crack depth information and an imaging system for marking crack locations, capturing crack images, and extracting crack morphology information from these images. By integrating crack depth information with crack morphology data, the system generates a three-dimensional structure of the crack. The airborne detection device and method are suitable for the rapid inspection of large-scale concrete infrastructure (such as bridges, dams, buildings, etc.) in outdoor environments. By combining image recognition technology with ultrasonic techniques, it enables three-dimensional visualization of concrete cracks, providing reliable support for subsequent crack treatment decision-making.

    Abstract: A reagent disc control device uses a combined rotary wheel to control an inner rod and an outer rod in a locking mechanism to move. By improving the structure of the combined rotary wheel, the locking mechanism can lock and release a reagent disc more stably and smoothly. Even if the rotary wheel is in direct contact with the locking mechanism, the locking mechanism will not shake. The locking mechanism is allowed to return to the initial state when it is not working, and to enter the working state when it needs to work. Springs in the locking mechanism do not need to be in a compressed state for a long time, and can be reused many times, thereby prolonging the service life and lowering the cost.

A uniform mixture of hydroxyapatite nanoparticles, silk fibroin, and hexafluoroisopropanol is maintained at a temperature range from 50° C. to 60° C. for at least 1 hour to obtain a silk fibroin/hydroxyapatite solution; the silk fibroin/hydroxyapatite solution is poured into a long cylindrical mold, two ends of the long cylindrical mold being respectively an end A and an end B; at room temperature, the end A is opened and the end B is closed, and the mold is vertically immersed in methanol with the opening facing up and let stand for at least 2 days; the mold is turned upside down, the end A is closed and the end B is opened, and the mold is vertically immersed in the methanol with the opening facing up and let stand for at least 2 days; the mold is removed, and ventilation and drying are performed to obtain a silk fibroin/hydroxyapatite composite material.
