    Abstract: A variable hanging lighting, which is mountable on a carrier to form a designed lighting fixture having a three-dimensional shape, includes a flexible light strip, a flexible long channel member and multiple slings. The light strip has multiple luminous bodies arranged in a linear array to form a luminous surface on the light strip that outwardly emits light. The long channel member includes a bottom with multiple locating holes, two side walls, and two convexly fixed flanges that form a notch that accommodates the light strip. The slings each have at least one engaging element connected to a respective locating hole via an engaging connector to hang the long on a carrier so that the bottom of the long channel member is close to the carrier, and the luminous surface emits light in a direction away from the carrier.

The vehicle includes an electrical system including a power switch, and an indicating system including a processor, a wireless transmission module and an indicating unit. The method includes: controlling the electrical system to temporarily provide electric power to the indicating system when the power switch is switched from a conductive state to a non-conductive state; determining whether a wireless connection is established between the portable electronic device and the wireless transmission module. When it is determined that the wireless connection is established, activating the indicating unit to output an indication signal.

    Abstract: A substrate is patterned to form trenches and a semiconductor fin between the trenches. Insulators are formed in the trenches and a first dielectric layer is formed to cover the semiconductor fin and the insulators. A dummy gate strip is formed on the first dielectric layer. Spacers are formed on sidewalls of the dummy gate strip. The dummy gate strip and the first dielectric layer underneath are removed until sidewalls of the spacers, a portion of the semiconductor fin and portions of the insulators are exposed. A second dielectric layer is selectively formed to cover the exposed portion of the semiconductor fin, wherein a thickness of the first dielectric layer is smaller than a thickness of the second dielectric layer. A gate is formed between the spacers to cover the second dielectric layer, the sidewalls of the spacers and the exposed portions of the insulators.

    Abstract: A regeneration membrane is provided for dentistry. The traditional thin collagen is turned into a flowable and shapeable collagen gel. A photo-crosslinking agent (i.e. riboflavin (vitamin B2)) is added in a biomedical-level collagen gel to obtain the shapeable collagen gel. The shapeable collagen gel is filled in a pre-filled syringe. The shapeable collagen gel is squeezed to a destined position for paving and shaping. Then, crosslinking is processed through UV illumination for curing. Flowability is achieved for applying. After applying, solidification is finished through illumination to turn liquid into solid. Thus, a regeneration membrane is formed with biological tolerance.

    Abstract: A method and system for generating EUV light includes providing a laser beam having a Gaussian distribution. This laser beam can be then modified from a Gaussian distribution to a ring-like distribution. The modified laser beam is provided through an aperture in a collector and interfaces with a moving droplet target, which generates an extreme ultraviolet (EUV) wavelength light. The generated EUV wavelength light is provided to the collector away from the aperture. In some embodiments, a mask element may also be used to modify the laser beam to a shape.
