Abstract: A method for displaying a graphical user interface on a display of an electronic device includes obtaining a total number “n” of image layers to be displayed on the display, and determining whether the total number of image layers is greater than two, determining a processing method of a number of processing methods for processing each image layer for displaying each image layer, processing each image layer according to the determined processing method, and displaying the graphical user interface on the display after all of the image layers have been processed. The number of processing methods include size adjustment, obfuscation adjustment, saturation adjustment, and transparency adjustment.

Each frame includes a number of sliding limit structures on one surface of the frame. The frames are configurable into at least the following positions: a first position in which the first and second frames are flat and the third frame is at a non-zero angle to the first frame, and a second position in which the first and the third frames are flat and the second frame is at a non-zero angle to the first frame. One of the flat frames supports the lower edge of the electronic device with a selected sliding limit structure of the flat frames stopping the lower edge of the electronic device, and the standing frame acts as a back stand for the electronic device.

The electronic device includes storage device, a proximity sensor and a touch screen. The method includes the following blocks. The proximity sensor is controlled to measure a distance between the display screen and a user. The distance measured by the proximity sensor is obtained. A display ratio of the user interface is calculated according to the obtained distance and a algorithm which is pre-stored in the storage device. The display ratio of the user interface is adjusted using the calculated display ratio.

Abstract: In a display screen brightness adjustment method, vision information of a user is obtained. A nearest distance, a longest distance, and an optimal distance between the user and the display screen are determined. An actual distance between the user and the display screen is detected. The actual distance is compared to the nearest distance, the longest distance, and the optimal distance. Then a brightness value of the display screen is calculated. Accordingly, brightness of the display screen is adjusted.

Arranging, by the processor during every predefined time interval, the icons associated the plurality of applications according to the quantity of use times and the running time periods of the plurality of applications. And controlling, by a processor during every predefined time interval, to display a desktop showing the arranged icons on the display in a predefined display manner. An electronic device using the method is also provided.

The storage module stores a relationship between the icons and program categories corresponding to application programs associated with the icons. The statistics module calculates operated times of each icon in a preset period of time. The category conformation module determines the icon operated the most times in the preset period of time, and determines the program category corresponding to the application program associated with determined icon according to the relationship. The icon conformation module determines other icons associated with determined category according to the relationship. The icon replacement module arranges all determined icons at a preset area of the interface. The disclosure also provides an icon updating method.

The general input commands are received and are copied. At least one background application is controlled to execute the copied general input commands. Abstract: A method for managing a file system includes traversing the file system to create a directory tree corresponding to the file system. The directory tree comprises at least one parent node and at least one child node. Each of the at least one parent nodes of the directory tree corresponds to a folder of the file system. Each of the at least one child nodes of the directory tree corresponds to a file of the file system. All the nodes of the directory tree are monitored to determine whether the directory tree changes. Changed information of the file system is extracted when the directory tree changes. A file storage device using the method is also provided by the present disclosure.
