Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention relate to methods, systems, and computer program products for correction management. In a method, a deviation may be detected by one or more processors between a first data obtained from a sensor in a plurality of sensors and a second data obtained from other sensors in the plurality of sensors, the first data and the second data being obtained in an identical or similar ambient situation. The ambient situation where the first data and second data are obtained may be identified by one or more processors. A group of raw data that is monitored under the ambient situation may be selected by one or more processors from historical raw data monitored by the plurality of sensors. The first data may be corrected by one or more processors based on the selected group of raw data.

  • Patent number: 10782668
Abstract: A system and method is disclosed for development of a control application for a controller of an automation system. The controller receives sensor signals associated with perception of a first real component during an execution of the control application program. Activity of a virtual component, including interaction with the real first component, is simulated, the virtual component being a digital twin of a second real component designed for the work environment and absent in the work environment. Virtual data is produced in response to the simulated activity of the virtual component. A control application module determines parameters for development of the control application program using the sensor signals for the first real component and the virtual data. An AR display signal for the work environment is rendered and displayed based on a digital representation of the virtual data during an execution of the control application program.

  • Patent number: 10746714
Abstract: A processor-implemented method receives a plurality of pollution measurement data, a plurality of geodetic data, and a plurality of meteorological data associated with a geographical area. The processor-implemented method generates a grid of the geographical area, whereby the generated grid virtually divides the geographical area into a plurality of cells. The processor-implemented method associates the received plurality of measurement data, the received plurality of geodetic data, and the received plurality of meteorological data with a cell in the generated grid. The processor-implemented method determines a pollutant contribution value of the cell based on the pollution measurement data associated with the cell and a physical contribution of a plurality of pollutants. The processor-implemented method identifies the pollution source based on a paired comparison of the plurality of cells and displays the location on the geographical area associated with the identified pollution source.

  • Patent number: 10739746
Abstract: A method of operating an intelligent programmable logic controller over a plurality of scan cycles includes the intelligent programmable logic controller selecting one or more soft-sensors available in a control program corresponding to a production unit, each soft-sensor comprising a local parameter or variable used by the control program. The intelligent programmable logic controller determines updated soft-sensor values corresponding to the one or more soft-sensors during each scan cycle and stores those values during each scan cycle on a non-volatile computer-readable storage medium operably coupled to the intelligent programmable logic controller. Additionally, the intelligent programmable logic controller annotates the updated soft-sensor values with automation system context information to generate contextualized data.

  • Publication number: 20190331652
Abstract: A computer implemented method, computer system, and computer program product are provided for air-pollution emission source monitoring. To determine the air-pollution emission of a monitored area, location data and air pollution data are taken from sensor stations positioned along a boundary of the monitored area. The macroscale atmospheric data of a region, where the monitored area is located, is also received. A boundary pollutant distribution can be estimated based on the location data and the air pollution data. Horizontal diffusion and vertical diffusion of the monitored area can be estimated based on the boundary pollutant distribution and the macroscale atmospheric data. To determine an accurate amount of pollution contribution caused by a monitored area, a calculation based on the boundary pollutant distribution, the horizontal diffusion, and the vertical diffusion can be used.
