    Abstract: A preparation method of itaconate-butadiene bio-based engineering rubber belongs to the bio-based engineering rubber area. The bio-based engineering rubber of the present disclosure is formed through chemical crosslinking of copolymers, which are formed by polymerization of itaconate and butadiene emulsion. The number average molecular weight of the itaconate-butadiene copolymer is about 53000-1640000, and weight-average molecular weight is about 110000-2892000. Itaconate-butadiene copolymers are formed by polymerization of itaconate and butadiene emulsion, then and chemical crosslinking of the copolymer is performed to form bio-based engineering rubber using a traditional sulfur vulcanizing system. The bio-based engineering rubber has high molecular weights as well as lower glass-transition temperatures and can be vulcanized using the traditional sulfur vulcanizing system.

    Abstract: The present invention provides an image sensor and a method for fabricating the image sensor. The image sensor includes a semiconductor substrate, photodiodes (PD), deep isolation trenches, first deep P-well blocks and second deep P-wells. The isolation trenches surrounds the PDs, and each of the isolation trenches is separated from any adjacent isolation trenches at a crossing where they would have crossed each other if they further extended. The first deep P-wells blocks have projections on the semiconductor substrate, which encompass projections of said separated portions of the isolation trenches on the semiconductor substrate. The first P-well blocks can be formed using only one photomask, resulting in a reduction in cost.

    Abstract: A method for preparing a tar extract with aroma characteristics from a discarded cigarette butt includes: (1) adding the discarded cigarette butt to an extraction solvent, and carrying out subcritical fluid extraction to obtain an extraction solution; (2) carrying out vacuum filtration on the extraction solution, and carrying out vacuum distillation on the filtrate to obtain a concentrated extractum; and (3) carrying out molecular distillation on the concentrated extractum, and collecting a light fraction of the molecular distillation to obtain the tar extract with aroma characteristics. Through the subcritical fluid extraction and separation by the molecular distillation to prepare the tar extract, harmful substances in the tar are removed, and the aroma components are retained. The tar extract is applied to a cigarette to improve the aroma, smoke and taste characteristics of the cigarette.
