    Abstract: An integrated circuit includes a device, a first interconnect structure disposed above the device and a second interconnect structure positioned below the device. The first interconnect structure includes multiple frontside metal layers. The second interconnect structure includes multiple backside metal layers, where each backside metal layer includes metal conductors routed according to diagonal routing. In some embodiments, a backside interconnect structure can include another backside metal layer that includes metal conductors routed according to mixed-Manhattan-diagonal routing. A variety of techniques can be used to route signals between metal conductors in the backside interconnect structure and cells on one or more frontside metal layers.

    Abstract: Provided are a computer program product, system, and method for training and using a vector encoder to determine vectors for sub-images of text in an image to subject to optical character recognition. A vector encoder is trained to encode images representing text into vectors in a vector space. Vectors of images representing similar text have a high degree of cohesion in the vector space. Vectors of images representing dissimilar text have a low degree of cohesion in the vector space. An input image is processed to determine sub-images of the input image that bound text represented in the input image. The sub-images are inputted to the vector encoder to output sub-image vectors. The vector encoder generates a search vector for search text. Optical character recognition is applied to at least one region of the input image including the sub-images having sub-image vectors matching the search vector.

An L layer tree-like graph can be created, using the dependency relationships among libraries and an application package. L can be configurable. Versions of the libraries to use can be determined by running the at least one machine learning model for each pair of nodes having a dependency relationship in the L layer tree-like graph, the at least one machine learning model identifying the dependency relationship with a confidence value, where pairs of nodes having largest confidence values are selected as the versions of the libraries to use in the application package.

The conductive shaft barrel internally defines a shaft receiving hole, in which the conductive bearing is received. The conductive shaft includes a connecting end and a pivotal end connected to the rotor shaft and the shaft receiving hole, respectively. A shaft voltage across the rotor shaft of the electric machine is guided by the conductive shaft to release in a closed loop formed among the conductive main body, the conductive bearing and the bearing house, so as to reduce the shaft voltage of the electric machine.
