Abstract: A method and apparatus for reporting a master cell group (MCG) failure and/or a Primary Cell (PCell) failure when the MCG failure and/or the PCell failure is detected by a wireless communication device is disclosed. In one embodiment, a method for reporting a Master Cell Group (MCG) failure by a wireless communication device, includes: detecting a first MCG failure; and reporting the first MCG failure to a first wireless communication node, according to at least one of the following: a first indicator, a first failure type of the first MCG failure, a status of a Secondary Cell Group (SCG), and a Signal Radio Bearer (SRB) configuration.

Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to video coding and particularly to methods and systems for determination of temporal motion vector predictor (TMVP) candidates for inter-prediction in video coding. The disclosed methods, for example, include restricting the number of TMVP candidates in a motion vector predictor (MVP) list and provide various search mechanism in order to promote MVP candidate diversity among TMVP and other types of MVP candidates and to improve coding efficiency.

Abstract: A method and device for storing data in a distributed database according to a row storage mode and a column storage mode, respectively, the method including: when a change is detected in the data in the row storage mode, obtaining the target row data that has changed based on a preset synchronization policy; determining the number of original data copies and the number of redundant data copies based on the attribute information and the number of failure-resistant nodes of the target row in which the target row data is located; coding the target row data in accordance with a predetermined corrective coding algorithm based on the number of original data copies and the number of redundant data copies, generating coded data; and distributing each copy of the coded data equally by column or group of columns to different nodes in the distributed database for storage.

Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure relate to generating assets for a simulation in order to test autonomous vehicle control software. For instance, data identifying a vehicle object, a polygon for the vehicle object, and a polygon for an open-door object associated with the vehicle object may be received. A rectangle may be fit to the polygon for the vehicle object. A polygon for the vehicle object without the open-door object may be determined based on the rectangle. A vehicle asset representing a vehicle may be adjusted based on the polygon for the vehicle object without the open-door object. A position and rotation of the rectangle may be used to position an open-door asset representing an open door for the simulation. The open-door asset is adjusted based on the adjustment to the vehicle asset. The simulation may be run with the positioned and adjusted open door asset in order to test the autonomous vehicle control software.

Abstract: A memory for an artificial neural network (ANN) accelerator is provided. The memory includes a first bank, a second bank and a bank selector. Each bank includes at least two word lines and a plurality of write word selectors. Each word line stores a plurality of words, and each word has a plurality of bytes. Each write word selector has an input port and a plurality of output ports, is coupled to a corresponding word in each word line, and is configured to select a byte of the corresponding word of a selected word line based on a byte select signal. The bank selector is coupled to the write word selectors of the first bank and the second bank, and configured to select a combination of write word selectors from at least one of the first bank and the second bank based on a bank select signal.

The backlight module includes a first optical element which can switch between a transparent state and a scattering state, first light sources, and a light-shielding layer disposed on a light path of light emitted from the first light sources to a liquid crystal display panel. The light-shielding layer includes a plurality of gratings arranged at intervals, each of the gratings is made of a light-shielding material, and one light transmission gap is formed between any two adjacent gratings, thereby improving uniformity of backlight.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a method and system for defending against cyber-attacks, and a computer storage medium. An apparatus for defending against cyber-attacks randomly generates a new keyword. The apparatus for defending against cyber-attacks transmits the new keyword to a transmitting device and a receiving device, respectively. The receiving device updates a keyword set of the receiving device to include the new keyword, acquires a keyword carried in a communication message transmitted by the transmitting device, and determines whether the communication message is a cyber-attack message according to the keyword carried and the keyword set. The receiving device discards the communication message in response to the communication message being determined to be a cyber-attack message.

The memory controller executes a read operation on the target memory location corresponding to the physical address. The memory controller determines a read attribute of the target memory location. The driving method includes: determining a gaze area and a non-gaze area of a user on a display apparatus in real time (S10); and driving the gaze area for image displaying at a first resolution, and driving the non-gaze area for image displaying at a second resolution, wherein the first resolution is higher than the second resolution. By using of the display apparatus, image resolution can be adjusted according to different areas, so as to realize high-resolution image display in a display area at which a user gazes and realize low-resolution image display in other areas, thereby reducing power consumption and achieving reasonable allocation of resources on the premise of ensuring the user experience.

The resonant wireless charging transmitting device transmits a high-frequency radio frequency wave. The wireless charging relay device receives the high-frequency radio frequency wave using an electromagnetic resonance way, and converts the high-frequency radio frequency wave into a low-frequency radio frequency wave to transmit the low-frequency radio frequency wave. The inductive wireless charging receiving device receives the low-frequency radio frequency wave in a manner of electromagnetic induction.

Abstract: A hardware accelerator can store, in multiple memory storage areas in one or more memories on the accelerator, input data for each processing time step of multiple processing time steps for processing sequential inputs to a machine learning model. For each processing time step, the following is performed. The accelerator can access a current value of a counter stored in a register within the accelerator to identify the processing time step. The accelerator can determine, based on the current value of the counter, one or more memory storage areas that store the input data for the processing time step. The accelerator can facilitate access of the input data for the processing time step from the one or more memory storage areas to at least one processor coupled to the one or more memory storage areas. The accelerator can increment the current value of the counter stored in the register.

Abstract: A video generation method and apparatus, and a promotional video generation method and apparatus are disclosed. The video generation method includes: obtaining a plurality of original files, each of the plurality of original files includes at least one subject matter; extracting multiple subject matters and labeling information corresponding to the multiple subject matters from the plurality of original files; establishing a display structure corresponding to the multiple subject matters based on the labeling information; and combining the multiple subject matters using the display structure to generate a target video. The present disclosure solves the technical problems of difficulties in automatic reconstruction and generation of video data from a product detail page in existing technologies.
