Abstract: Aspects of the disclosure include methods, apparatuses, and non-transitory computer-readable storage mediums for video encoding/decoding. An apparatus includes processing circuitry that determines reconstructed samples of a first color component in a filter support region of a current picture that is a part of a coded video sequence. The processing circuitry performs a filter process on the reconstructed samples of the first color component in the filter support region. A quantization step size of the filter process is separately set per one of a coding block, a video frame, and a video sequence. The processing circuitry reconstructs samples of a second color component in the filter support region based on an output value of the filter process. The second color component is different from the first color component.

The method includes: (S11) starting a first APP, and determining a first control of the first APP based on a first display parameter of the first APP; (S12) displaying a first display interface of the first APP, and displaying the first control in a first floating window on the first display interface; (S13) determining, based on a second display parameter of the first APP, a third control corresponding to the first APP; and (S14) displaying the third control in a second floating window on the first display interface of the first APP. Compared with the current technology, more controls may be provided in this method, so that operations that need to be performed by a user to display a control required by the user are reduced.

Abstract: A method for treating a waste plastic based on a persulfate system is provided. The method includes the following steps: mixing the waste plastic, sulfuric acid, sulfate, peroxymonosulfate, and water, and reacting at 80-140° C. for 3-15 h to complete the treatment; where the waste plastic is polyethylene or polyethylene terephthalate; and the sulfate is copper sulfate or ferrous sulfate. The present invention reasonably regulates and controls each parameter in the reaction process while constructing a homogeneous catalysis system of transition metal activated peroxymonosulfate, and finally directionally converts the waste plastic into C7H12 and C10H12 fuels, which realizes high-efficiency recycling of the waste plastic, has a simple and convenient working procedure, and has a wide application prospect.

Abstract: The present application discloses a preparation method of SM non-woven fabrics for roof anti-slip, which belongs to the technical field of roofing materials, comprising preparing spunbond non-woven fabric raw materials, preparing spunbond non-woven fabrics, preparing meltblown non-woven fabric raw materials, preparing primary SM non-woven fabrics, and post-processing; the spunbond non-woven fabric raw materials are prepared by uniformly mixing polypropylene with a low melt flow index, polypropylene with a high melt flow index, sodium alginate, antioxidant 1010, zinc stearate, ultraviolet absorber UV-531, polyvinyl alcohol, reinforcing agent, adhesive agent, and nano titanium dioxide. The present application can avoid the problem that the SM non-woven fabrics cannot be fully bonded together and are easy to delaminate when being combined, can also solve the problem of fabric breakage during high-speed production, and can also improve the wear resistance, strength, and stiffness of SM non-woven fabrics.
