Slit openings are in the radiation layer and in a one-to-one correspondence with the switching units. The holographic antenna further includes: a calculation part configured to obtain an excitation amplitude of each slit opening through an amplitude sampling function according to position information, a target pointing angle and a simulation frequency of the slit opening; a processing part configured to discretize the excitation amplitude of the slit opening to obtain a discretization result; and a control part configured to control a switching state of a corresponding switching unit according to the discretization result, to control the switching state of the slit opening.

    Abstract: A recombinant human fibroblast growth factor 21 (rhFGF21) fusion protein, a polynucleotide encoding the rhFGF21 fusion protein, a recombinant expression vector, a recombinant cell, a pharmaceutical composition and a kit containing the rhFGF21 fusion protein, a use of the rhFGF21 fusion protein, and a method for producing the rhFGF21 fusion protein. Efficient and soluble expression is achieved using a genetic engineering method to obtain a rhFGF21-(VPGXG)n fusion protein, wherein by means of fusion of rhFGF21 and an elastin-like protein (VPGXG)n having an appropriate cycle number n, the resulting fusion protein has better biological activity than wild-type rhFGF21. Moreover, experimental results indicate that the rhFGF21-(VPGXG)n fusion protein has high expression efficiency, and can effectively reduce the blood sugar level in the body of a diabetic animal. In addition, compared with wild-type hFGF21, the fusion protein also has the advantage of a long efficacy duration in reducing the blood sugar level.

    Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for UE-triggered handover and early preparation with coexistence of the network-triggered handover. In one novel aspect, the UE is configured early measurement report configuration, receives an early handover command from the serving base station with a handover candidate cell list, monitors handover triggering conditions for each candidate cell on the handover candidate cell list based on a UE-triggered handover configuration and performs the UE-triggered handover to a candidate cell when the corresponding triggering condition is met for the candidate cell. In one embodiment, the UE receives a network-triggered handover command to a target cell, suspends the UE-triggered handover configuration and performs the network-triggered handover to the target cell. The UE discards the UE-triggered handover configuration upon success of the network-triggered handover and resumes the UE-triggered handover configuration upon failure of the network-triggered handover.

    Abstract: A rapid fermentation method for shrimp paste based on combined strain fortification is provided. Cladosporium Z3 and Enterococcus faecalis X1 were deposited in the Chinese typical culture preservation center under preservation numbers CCTCC NO: M 2022487 and CCTCC NO: M 2022486, respectively. Two strains were employed to ferment the small hairy shrimp in two steps, utilizing each strain's properties, which enabled the fermentation capacity to be maximized to increase the fermentation speed and stabilize the quality. In addition, the pollution of miscellaneous bacteria is inhibited by strain-enhanced fermentation.
