    Abstract: Embodiments of this application provide a downlink control information transmission method in which after receiving one piece of downlink control information (DCI), the terminal device learns whether blind detection of DCI needs to be continued. The method includes: A terminal device receives first DCI, where the first DCI includes first indication information, and the first indication information is used to indicate a first antenna port. The terminal device determines, based on the first antenna port and antenna port configuration information, whether second DCI exists. The configuration information may include an index of a CDM group to which each of a plurality of antenna ports belongs and a maximum quantity of CDM groups that is supported by the terminal device. Alternatively the configuration information may include one or more antenna port groups, and each of the one or more antenna port groups includes one or more antenna ports.

    Abstract: This application provides a UCI sending and receiving method and a communications apparatus. In the method, an association relationship between a PUCCH and a PUSCH is established, so that when resources of the PUSCH and the PUCCH overlap, a terminal device can determine UCI on which PUCCHs can be transmitted by multiplexing the resource of the PUSCH. A network device may receive the UCI on the PUSCH. Because the network device may know in advance which PUCCHs and PUSCHs are sent to the network device, the network device can demodulate and decode a signal on the received PUSCHs, to successfully obtain UCI. The network device can make a proper decision based on the UCI.

The method includes: receiving, by a terminal device, a first PDCCH and a second PDCCH, where the first PDCCH is used to schedule a first PDSCH, and the first PDSCH is used to transmit first data; determining, based on the first PDCCH and the second PDCCH, a first resource used to transmit the first data, where the first resource is a part or all of a resource of the first PDSCH; and receiving, by the terminal device, the first data from a network device on the first resource. The first resource is determined with reference to the first PDCCH and the second PDCCH, to avoid a problem that receiving performance of the first PDSCH and the second PDCCH may deteriorate when a resource of the second PDCCH overlaps the resource of the first PDSCH.

Alternatively, when a side of a terminal receives bandwidth resource indication information sent by a network device by using downlink control information, the terminal parses, in an unambiguous interpretation manner, configuration information on a bandwidth resource indicated by the bandwidth resource indication information in the downlink control information.
