Then, the terminal determines a quasi-co-location relationship between a plurality of antenna ports of the first reference signal resource based on the quasi-co-location indication information.

    Abstract: This application provides a data transmission method and apparatus. The method includes: A terminal device determines an actual transmit power for first uplink data based on a determined channel transmit power and a transmission parameter. The actual transmit power is less than or equal to the channel transmit power, and the transmission parameter includes one or more of parameters that can be used to indicate a location of the terminal device. The terminal device sends the first uplink data at the actual transmit power. Therefore, the terminal device may determine the actual transmit power for the uplink data based on the channel transmit power and various transmission parameters that can indicate whether the terminal device is located at a cell edge, so that the actual transmit power for the uplink data can be flexibly adjusted, thereby improving data transmission reliability.

    Abstract: This application provides a UCI sending and receiving method and a communications apparatus. In the method, an association relationship between a PUCCH and a PUSCH is established, so that when resources of the PUSCH and the PUCCH overlap, a terminal device can determine UCI on which PUCCHs can be transmitted by multiplexing the resource of the PUSCH. A network device may receive the UCI on the PUSCH. Because the network device may know in advance which PUCCHs and PUSCHs are sent to the network device, the network device can demodulate and decode a signal on the received PUSCHs, to successfully obtain UCI. The network device can make a proper decision based on the UCI.
