    Abstract: A polypeptide-coupled small molecule compound and its antiviral applications are provided. The polypeptide-coupled small molecule compound is obtained by linking a polypeptide with a sequence X?nLXGG and a small molecule compound capable of inhibiting activity of papain-like protease (PLpro) of coronavirus through a chemical bond. The polypeptide with the sequence X?nLXGG is a polypeptide with a sequence LXGG at its carboxyl terminal, X and X? are independently any amino acid, and n is an integer between 1-50. The structure of the small molecule compound capable of inhibiting the activity of PLpro contains an amino group or a hydroxyl group. The polypeptide-coupled small molecule compound can inhibit the PLpro of SARS-CoV-2 in a targeted manner, thereby inhibiting the polyprotein cleavage of coronavirus in the host, and achieving the purpose of inhibiting the replication of coronavirus in the host. It has the advantages of synergistic inhibition, low cytotoxicity and favorable solubility.

The preparation method includes: distilling a bio-tar to obtain a distilled substrate; mixing the distilled substrate and a biochar material to obtain a polymerization starting material; polymerizing the polymerization starting material to obtain a polymer; and mixing the polymer with an activator to obtain a mixture and subjecting the mixture to activation to obtain the carbon composite; wherein the distilling is conducted at a temperature of 120° C. to 150° C.; the activator includes sodium bicarbonate, and a mass ratio of the polymer to the activator is in a range of 1:1 to 1:4; and the activation is conducted at an activation temperature of 700° C. to 800° C. in an anoxic atmosphere for 1 h to 2 h, and the activation temperature is obtained by heating at a speed of 5° C./min to 10° C./min.

The method includes: arranging a high-density adjustable well pattern in an in-situ leaching mining area; determining a length and a position of a filter located on the in-situ leaching mining area through a digital well construction technology; and in a production stage, carrying out operations such as pumping/injection centralized filtration, intensified leaching, high-intensity extraction, high-intensity injection, and change of layout of the high-density adjustable well pattern to rapidly obtain sandstone-type uranium resources in a uranium and coal superposed area. A recovery speed of the sandstone-type uranium resources can be improved, and service life of the in-situ leaching mining area can be shortened.

The method includes the following steps: providing an image sensor chip and a transparent package substrate that is ground and cut, the front side of the image sensor chip being provided with an image sensing region and a pad region surrounding the image sensing region; bonding a first end of a metal wire onto the pad, the other end being suspended outside the image sensor chip; bonding the transparent package substrate and the image sensor chip having the metal wire to form an image sensor package, which can be assembled by surface mount technology (SMT) or pressure welding via the exposed and suspended metal wire. In the present invention, an auxiliary substrate is optionally used and an optical glass is directly fixed to the image sensor chip, and the image sensor chip is directly connected to a circuit board.
