    Abstract: A method for diagnosing a differential pressure line of a differential pressure measurement arrangement includes capturing a first set number of differential pressure values, which represent a difference between a first media pressure and a second media pressure within a process, and checking whether the differential pressure measurement arrangement and/or the process are in a state that allows a diagnosis of the differential pressure line. Where it is determined that the differential pressure measurement arrangement and/or the process are not in a state that allows a diagnosis of the differential pressure line, the differential pressure values are captured anew such that the previously captured differential pressure values are deleted or overwritten. Otherwise, a diagnostic function to determine whether a differential pressure line is blocked is carried out.

    Abstract: A process for preparing lead by electroreduction with ammonium sulfate and ammonia is provided. In the process, an ammonium sulfate aqueous solution is used as an electrolyte, a lead compound is used as a raw material, titanium is used as an anode, stainless steel or lead is used as a cathode, and a direct-current electric field is applied in an electrolytic bath; the lead compound is reduced to metal lead after obtaining electrons at the cathode; and at the anode, ammonia is oxidized to nitrogen for escaping, and H+ ions are generated simultaneously; sulfate radical ions and chloride ions in the lead compound enter the solution and react with the ammonia water to form ammonium sulfate and ammonium chloride; and the lead monoxide and lead dioxide in the lead compound are reduced to a metal lead and OH? ions are released to combine with the H+ ions to form water.

A time compliance determination and a space compliance determination may be performed on the sequentially-outputted event data, and a pair of compliance events may be determined if both the time compliance determination and the space compliance determination are passed.

The target VGA is a VGA corresponding to the target detector. By comparing an output voltage of the target VGA and the saturation indicia, it may determine that the target detector received a saturation event if the output voltage of the target VGA is higher than the saturation indicia. An amplifier gain of the target VGA may be adjusted until an amount of the saturation events detected by the target detector in unit time satisfies a pre-determined threshold.
