    Abstract: A full-digital control rod position measurement device and a method thereof. The full-digital rod position measurement device transforms the core process of rod position measurement that is normally processed by an analog circuit or analog-to-digital mixed circuit into a digital processing. The full-digital rod position measurement device comprises an excitation power supply, an integrated interface board, and a universal signal processor. The universal signal processor processes output signals of detectors according to a preset numerical processing algorithm and outputs Gray code rod position signals. The full-digital rod position measurement device and method disclosed by the present disclosure may effectively reduce the complexity of the primary excitation circuit and the secondary measurement signal processing circuit of the detectors, and improve the operation reliability and measurement accuracy of the rod position processing equipment.

The clustered ECG data is presented to a user via a user interface, and user input is received from the user via the user interface regarding the clustered ECG data. A feature vector is defined based on the user input and the feature vector is applied to at least a portion of the patient's ECG data to generate revised clustered ECG data. The revised clustered ECG data is then presented to the user via the user interface.

    Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for automatically diagnosing an electrocardiogram (ECG) using a hybrid system comprising a rule-based system and one or more deep neural networks. In one embodiment, by mapping ECG data to a plurality of features using a convolutional neural network, mapping the plurality of features to a preliminary diagnosis using a decision network, and determining a diagnosis based on the ECG data and the preliminary diagnosis using the rule-based system, a more accurate diagnosis may be determined. In another example, by incorporating both a rule-based system and one or more deep neural networks into the hybrid system, the hybrid system may be more easily adapted for use in various contexts/communities, as the one or more deep learning networks may be trained using context/community specific ECG data.

In this way, reduced lead ECG data may be mapped to a diagnosis using an intelligently selected deep neural network, wherein the deep neural network was trained on reduced lead ECG data comprising a same set of ECG lead types as the acquired reduced lead ECG data.

In the invention, a recombinant strain co-expressing maleate cis-trans isomerase and L-aspartate lyase is constructed, and engineered and optimized to produce L-aspartic acid from maleic acid with a high conversion rate by whole-cell catalyzing. Relatively inexpensive maleic acid is utilized by the recombinant strain to produce L-aspartic acid, where maleic acid is reacted completely in 40-120 min, there is almost no buildup of the intermediate fumaric acid, and the conversion rate is up to 98% or more.
