Abstract: Disclosed is a combustion system design method based on a target heat release rate, which belongs to the technical field of diesel engine combustion chamber design. The method includes: obtaining an ideal heat release rate based on Sabathe-Miller cycle; simulating the ideal heat release rate based on a double-Wiebe function and obtaining the target heat release rate; constructing a mapping relation among the heat release rate, piston geometric parameters and fuel injection parameters, which includes target start of combustion being an function of fuel injection timing and ignition delay, premixed combustion parameters being functions of throat radius, injection pressure and nozzle diameter, and diffusion combustion being a function of piston pit depth; solving target piston geometric parameters and target fuel injection parameters based on the mapping relation; and then designing a combustion system.

Abstract: A hybrid transmission device with a mechanical continuously variable transmission and a control method thereof are provided. The device includes an input shaft assembly, a front planetary gear transmission assembly, a rear planetary gear transmission assembly, an output shaft, and a mechanical continuously variable transmission. Single transmission modes and hybrid transmission modes are implemented through combination and engagement/disengagement of brakes and clutches. The device and the method realize free switching among various transmission modes and integrates the single transmission modes and the hybrid transmission modes, thereby increasing the degree of freedom in adjustment and expanding the speed regulation range. Input and output shafts of a front cup wheel and ring disc transmission mechanism and a rear cup wheel and ring disc transmission mechanism are coaxial, so that the structure is compact and intermediate rollers can stably and reliably transmit large torque.

Abstract: Disclosed is a clamping device having an automatic direction adjustment function in a vehicle body welding conveying line, including a conveying frame. A driving motor is fixedly connected to a side wall of the conveying frame, and an output shaft end of the driving motor is fixedly connected to a rotating shaft I. The present disclosure facilitates the adjustment of a direction when vehicle bodies to be welded are conveyed on a turning conveying line, and vehicle bodies being conveyed can be corrected to the same horizontal state, to avoid a situation where the clamping device on the conveying line cannot smoothly clamp inclined vehicle bodies for conveying because the vehicle bodies cannot be in the same horizontal plane when being put in.

Abstract: The present application relates to a supercritical fluid injection foaming polylactide foam material and a preparation method therefor. The method includes: first obtaining a surface-modified cellulose nanofiber aqueous solution; then melting and blending the cellulose nanofiber aqueous solution and a polylactide twice; passing same through extrusion, cooling under water, and granulation so as to obtain a polylactide/cellulose nanofiber composite material; then plasticizing and melting the polylactide/cellulose nanofiber composite material in a microporous foaming injection molding machine; uniformly mixing same with a supercritical fluid foaming agent in the injection molding machine; injecting same into a mold cavity; and subjecting the resultant to post-treatment so as to obtain a polylactide foam material.

Abstract: An error recovery method for a display system interface includes configuring a physical layer circuit in the display system interface for a high-speed mode of communication, causing the physical layer circuit to transmit display data over a serial bus while the physical layer circuit is configured for the high-speed mode of communication, halting transmission of the display data when an error indication signal transitions to an active state, configuring the physical layer circuit for a low-power mode of communication after terminating the transmission of the display data, reconfiguring the physical layer circuit for the high-speed mode of communication when the error indication signal transitions to an inactive state, and causing the physical layer circuit to resume the transmission of the display data after reconfiguring the physical layer circuit for the high-speed mode of communication.

Abstract: A hydro-mechanical series and parallel transmission device and a control method thereof are provided. The device includes an input shaft assembly, a hydraulic transmission assembly, a planetary gear transmission assembly, an intermediate gear transmission assembly, and an output shaft assembly. Switching among a hydraulic transmission mode, a mechanical transmission mode, and a hydro-mechanical composite transmission mode is implemented through combination and engagement/disengagement of clutches and brakes. The hydro-mechanical series transmission is used to expand the speed regulation range of the hydraulic transmission and is combined with the hydraulic transmission to meet the requirements on precision and the speed regulation range. The requirements of low-power and high-power operations are met through combination of the hydro-mechanical series and parallel transmissions. Multiple transmission modes are formed to adapt to the working conditions of startup, operation, and transfer.
