    Abstract: The present invention discloses a cathode material for a sodium ion battery and a preparation method and application thereof. The general chemical formula of the cathode material is Na1+aMyZnxO2+c, where ?0.40?a?0.25, 0.1<x?0.22, 0.78<y?0.93, ?0.3<c<0.3. M is one or a combination of two or more selected from the group consisting of Mn, Fe, Ni, Co, Al, Zr, Y, Ca, Li, Rb, Cs, W, Ce, Mo, Ba, Ti, Mg, Ta, Nb, V, Sc, Sr, B and Cu. In the powder X-ray diffraction graph, there are at least five diffraction peaks exist when 2? is 30°-40°. A minor strong peak exist when 2? is around 16° and a major strong peak exists when 2? is around 41°. The sodium ion cathode material of the present invention has a low residual alkali content and avoids the occurrence of gelation phenomenon in the battery slurrying process. In addition, the capacity and rate of the sodium ion battery prepared therefrom are at a relatively high level.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for removing fluoride ions from wastewater. The method comprises the following steps: S1: adjusting the acidity of the fluoride-containing wastewater to be treated; S2: slowly adding white solid particles of calcium sulfate into the acidic fluoride-containing wastewater under high-speed stirring for reaction, allowing them to fully dissolve and mix uniformly, followed by continuous stirring for a period of time and then standing for sedimentation to obtain a suspension; S3: filtering the suspension to complete the removal of fluoride ions from the wastewater. Compared with the prior art, the method provided by the present invention offers advantages such as a short treatment cycle, low equipment requirements, and low cost, making it suitable for large-scale treatment applications.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a device and method for continuous recovery of ammonia nitrogen from aluminum ash. The device comprises a reaction kettle, a steam generator, and a feeder. The steam generator and the feeder are both mounted on the reaction kettle. The steam generator delivers steam into the reaction kettle, and the feeder is used to deliver aluminum ash into the reaction kettle. The device further includes an intersection dispersion assembly and a cyclic motion assembly. The intersection dispersion assembly is installed inside the reaction kettle and is used for intersecting and dispersing the steam and aluminum ash. In the present invention, operations are performed in sequence on two dispersion surfaces. Both helical surfaces of the blade are used, which improves space utilization and increases the total dispersion area. Within one cycle, aluminum ash is spread and scraped completely, effectively improving processing efficiency.
