    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for preparing a pixel cell of a CMOS image sensor. Process optimization and adjustment for multiple times of ion implantation in a pixel area of the CMOS image sensor are carried out. That is, photodiode N-type ion implantation is performed before formation of a polysilicon gate of each MOS transistor of a CMOS pixel readout circuit, a photoresist open area is enlarged by means of a photoresist dry etching descum process such that an N-type ion implantation area is enlarged, and second photodiode N-type ion implantation is performed on the basis of the photoresist dry etching descum process, so as to achieve two times of photodiode N-type ion implantation using the same mask, with different depths and different pattern sizes, thereby forming an N-type area of the photodiode that tapers to the bottom, saving a mask layer, and reducing photolithography steps.

The combined effect of adsorption and catalysis inside the submicroreactor effectively solves the problems of low catalytic efficiency and diffusion control associated with the conventional flat lead dioxide electrode, thus greatly improving the electrochemical catalytic performance of the electrode.

    Abstract: A road network balanced drainage method aimed at reducing urban waterlogging is disclosed. According to the drainage demand, the existing intersection elevation is changed or the intersection elevation that meets the drainage requirement is designed and implemented in new construction so that the intersection drainage is distributed according to the desired proportion; the water flowing to the water accumulation position is transferred to reduce the waterlogging degree. Through the analysis of the depth of water accumulation in the whole road network, the method of water flow distribution at the intersection is used to make the precipitation flow evenly distributed in the whole road network. The method can be used for solving serious water accumulation of a certain road section, the balanced drainage of the whole road network, the technical transformation of existing intersections, and for the planned and designed roads. The method can effectively eliminate and prevent urban waterlogging.
