    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for detecting cigarette appearance defects based on variational Bayesian inference. In a cigarette appearance defect detection scenario, in order to solve the problem that a current point estimation-based machine learning algorithm leads to an overconfidence decision in a data scarcity area, the present application proposes a variational inference-based Bayesian method to improve a SSD backbone network, preferably including calculating a real posterior probability by the variational inference method, replacing a point estimation mechanism of a convolution layer weight in the original backbone network by using a form of probability distribution, then detecting the improved extracted features by an SSD target detection algorithm, and furthermore, accurately determining whether the appearance of the cigarette is defective and the type and location of the defect.

After the selenium-chelating pea oligopeptide is subjected to digestion treatment in at least one of following three ways, a change rate of selenium content not more than 3% with respect to the selenium content before the digestion treatment: hydrolyzing for 4 hours by a pepsin at a pH value of 2 and a temperature of 37° C.; hydrolyzing for 6 hours by a trypsin at a pH value of 7.5 and a temperature of 37° C.; maintaining the temperature constant at 37° C., firstly hydrolyzing for 4 hours by the pepsin at a pH value of 2, and then continuing to hydrolyze for 6 hours by a trypsin at a pH value of 6.8. The preparation method thereof includes mixing and reacting an aqueous solution of pea oligopeptide and sodium selenite, and then being subjected to alcohol precipitation and drying.

    Abstract: A road network balanced drainage method aimed at reducing urban waterlogging is disclosed. According to the drainage demand, the existing intersection elevation is changed or the intersection elevation that meets the drainage requirement is designed and implemented in new construction so that the intersection drainage is distributed according to the desired proportion; the water flowing to the water accumulation position is transferred to reduce the waterlogging degree. Through the analysis of the depth of water accumulation in the whole road network, the method of water flow distribution at the intersection is used to make the precipitation flow evenly distributed in the whole road network. The method can be used for solving serious water accumulation of a certain road section, the balanced drainage of the whole road network, the technical transformation of existing intersections, and for the planned and designed roads. The method can effectively eliminate and prevent urban waterlogging.

    Abstract: A preparation method and application of spindle-shaped W@CuO material with adjustable included angle includes the steps of: preparing a copper source solution and adding to a mixture of anionic surfactant and n-butanol; adding a tungsten source solution and dripping an alkali solution, then carrying out hydrothermal reaction, centrifugation, washing and drying. By controlling the growth rate of the high-energy surface at the water-oil interface with the salt concentration, surfactant concentration, supersaturation of water and n-butanol solutions, the monodispersed spindle-shaped structure with unique microstructure and an included angle of 27-74° can be prepared. The surface of W@CuO materials with different included angles shows different electric field strengths, which can effectively modulate the charge transfer during the catalytic process and improve the catalytic reaction activity.
