    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of preparing unsaturated hydrocarbons by black body photocatalytic (thermal radiative catalytic) conversion of saturated hydrocarbons. In this method, a saturated hydrocarbon reaction gas is introduced into a reaction furnace, and the saturated hydrocarbon is catalyzed to convert under heating and illumination conditions to prepare the unsaturated hydrocarbons. The photocatalysis is combined to the conventional thermal catalysis to improve the catalytic performance, accelerate the reaction speed, increase the conversion rate, and/or improve the selectivity of the catalytic reaction.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method for preparing a self-floating transparent nano ultrathin film. According to the present disclosure, the MXene film layer and the nano ultrathin film layer are sequentially subjected to suction filtration on the substrate material by utilizing a vacuum suction filtration technology, and thus a double-film structure is loaded on the substrate material; then an oxidant is subjected to oxidizing and bubbling on the MXene film layer in a permeation way, and thus the substrate material and the nano ultrathin film layer can be separated in a physical isolating manner. Finally, the nano ultrathin film is completely separated in a liquid phase floating separation manner. The nano ultrathin film prepared by the method provided by the present disclosure has a specific thickness and light transmittance through different loading capacities, and the substrate material can be repeatedly utilized.

    Abstract: The resource allocation method and apparatus are based on edge computing. The method includes: decomposing all application systems in a server into a plurality of meta-service units according to the coupling degree between different service modules in the application systems, and obtaining the quality of experience (QoE) index parameter value of each meta-service unit; clustering the plurality of meta-service units by using a clustering algorithm based on the QoE index parameter value of each meta-service unit; and allocating resources to each cluster according to the QoE index parameter values of all meta-service units in each cluster, so that all meta-service units in each cluster share the allocated resources. According to the invention, the resource allocation is more reasonable, the QoE value of a user is increased, and the resource use is more effective.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a method for preparing a pixel cell of a CMOS image sensor. Process optimization and adjustment for multiple times of ion implantation in a pixel area of the CMOS image sensor are carried out. That is, photodiode N-type ion implantation is performed before formation of a polysilicon gate of each MOS transistor of a CMOS pixel readout circuit, a photoresist open area is enlarged by means of a photoresist dry etching descum process such that an N-type ion implantation area is enlarged, and second photodiode N-type ion implantation is performed on the basis of the photoresist dry etching descum process, so as to achieve two times of photodiode N-type ion implantation using the same mask, with different depths and different pattern sizes, thereby forming an N-type area of the photodiode that tapers to the bottom, saving a mask layer, and reducing photolithography steps.

According to an embodiment, for mixed products obtained by prediction from simulation of a molecular-level crude oil processing process, when physical properties of any mixed product do not meet any preset standard, or when a target parameter of the mixed products does not meet a preset condition, the proportion of different fractions entering respective petroleum processing device, an operating parameter in a product prediction model, and a mixing rule for mixing predicted products are adjusted, and the mixed products are re-obtained, until the product properties meet any preset standard and the target parameter meets the preset condition. Final predicted products are predicted by adjusting the proportion of fractions for secondary processing, and the production efficiency is improved by means of the simulation optimization of a production process.
