Abstract: A fitting component for furniture or other elements, having fixing holes to receive fixing screws which are insertable in pre-drilled holes in the furniture element. Each of the fixing screws has a head and a shaft, the head having corrugations or knurls on the underside thereof. The shaft has a threaded section adjacent the head and a thread-free section at the end of the shaft. The thread-free section has a diameter corresponding to a diameter of the pre-drilled holes for pre-fixing of the fixing screws.

Abstract: A fastening plate for fastening a hinge arm to a supporting wall of a piece of furniture includes two oblong holes on an common centerline through which fastening screws engage. One fastening screw is supported with its head on a spacer element having a height greater than that of the fastening plate, and another fastening screw braces the fastening plate against the supporting wall. The height of the spacer element is greater than that of the fastening plate so that a slight amount of play is provided between the head of the fastening screw supported on the spacer element and the surface of the fastening plate, so that the fastening plate can be moved for adjustment while any undesired lifting of the fastening plate is prevented.

Abstract: A driving-in tool for a furniture part which can be fitted in place by at least one rotating lever, is provided in which the driving-in tool possesses a centering part shaped in accordance with the fitting part to be connected and serving as an insertion guide, and a spring or spring-loaded holding part supporting the rotating lever in its open position.

Abstract: The invention is directed to a wide-angle hinge having articulated arms in the form of U-shaped profiled levers, the lateral sides of which are offset from one another and with U-shaped profiled transverse swinging arms being articulated to the levers with the same offset. In an open position, hinge pins of both levers lie in an approximately cylindrical shell, the axis of which lies on the outer side of the hinge portions.

Abstract: An adjustable hinge arm with a U-shaped profile is supported on a base plate which can be fastened to a wall by its rear end portion remote from the joint and a setscrew screwed into this. A fastening screw is screwed into the base plate between the end portion and the setscrew. To allow in a simple design the angle of the hinge arm to the base plate to be adjusted for a side adjustment only by actuating a setscrew, a bottom plate is supported with its one end on the rear end section of the hinge arm, on the front end of which bottom plate the setscrew is pivoted and supported in an axially unmovable manner. The hinge arm is provided in the area of the fastening screw with a cutout in its leg portion. The fastening screw engages a hole in the middle section of the bottom plate and is supported with its head on the edge of said hole.

Abstract: A base plate for fixing a hinge arm on furniture is constituted by a support plate (2) which can be fixed to a support wall, a covering plate (3) at least partially covering the support plate and transversely guided thereon and having fixing devices for attaching the hinge arm. Pre-mounted fixing screws (23,23') are partially screwed in the holes (20,21) of the support plate (2) and go through oblong holes (15,16) provided in the covering plate (3). In order to let the covering plate be transversely moved, easily and by economical means, and in order to prevent the support plate from separating from the covering plate before the mounting of the base plate, one hole (20) of the support plate (2) is at least partially surrounded by guide sockets (24) that go through the corresponding oblong hole (15) of the covering plate and slightly protrude from its upper edge.

Abstract: For mounting a folding/sliding door, a support is connected to a hinge arm of a hinger mounted in the upper outer end area of an outer door leaf in a position in which the side of the retaining part that attaches to the hinge arm is located in the extension of the bearing part. The folding/sliding door can then be joined by its inner leaf via hinges, preferentially standard double-link hinges, to a side panel of the body. Abstract: The invention relates to a retaining fastening for a flap pivotable around a horizontal swivel axis hinged to a top panel of a cupboard and having a lever pivotably connectable to a body part of the cupboard. A free end of the lever is guided in a rail which can be fixed to an inside of the flap at right angles to the swivel axis. The lever is acted upon by a spring-loaded device preferably having a rod which can be travelled into or out of a spring housing by pneumatic or elastic force.In accordance with the invention, the lever is a two-armed bent lever (8) whose swivel axis (7) is situated between the lever arms (9, 10), whose longer lever arm (10) is guided in the rail (17) and onto whose shorter lever arm (9) extending into the inside of the cupboard in the closed state of the flap (16, 32), one end of the spring-loaded device (5, 12) is hinged with other end being pivotably connected to the furniture body.

Abstract: A fastening element with a dowel-like bushing which can be fixed in a bore is described. In the axial bore of the bushing there is a retaining pin that can be urged into the bore. The pin can fix a member that is to be fastened between its broadened head having a slot, or a cross-recess and the bushing. The shank of the retaining pin is provided with at least one transversely extending groove into which, in the pressed-in state of the retaining pin, a spring-loaded snap-in locking element engages and is guided in a cross-slidable manner in the bushing and is forced back into its released position by turning the retaining pin.

Abstract: The invention relates to an attachment element for fitting parts, comprising a pin-like and substantially cylindrical section (10), which is provided with a radial aperture (13), in which two expanding bodies (17 and 18) are able to be extended in opposite directions past the cylindrical enveloping contour and in this part are guided for retraction, and a link (27) or slide (90), whose one end is acted upon by an actuating lever for moving same and whose other end is secured to a bolt running in axial slots (14 and 15) in the cylindrical section (10), such bolt extending through slots (24 and 25) in the expanding bodies (17 and 18) in such a manner that same are moved outward and inward by pivotal movement of the link or lever.

The continuous hole is positioned eccentrically in the bushing or in the ring-shaped insertion part. The pin is provided with an eccentric shaft part which protrudes over the hole and on which a clamping part is fastened.

Abstract: A guide rail has running surfaces separated by a longitudinal slit and a load bearing member carried by the same so that it may slide but not rotate and on it a closing element, preferably a door of a folding sliding door, is attached. In order to be able to secure the closing element carried by the load bearing member to the guide rail simply and quickly, the load bearing member has an elongated carriage part running in the guide rail and having a width corresponding to the longitudinal slit in the guide rail. In a hole, at a right angle to the guide rail, in the load bearing member a pin is mounted so that it may rotate but not move axially and adjacent to carriage part it has a T-head, whose width is less than the width of the longitudinal slit but whose length is greater than it. The pin is able to be locked to the load bearing member in a setting in which the head bears against the running surfaces.

Abstract: A hinge includes a stationary fitting base plate part, which fitting base plate part is connected with a pivotal fitting part. The hinge is able to be pivoted for lateral adjustment of a door or flap carried by the pivotal fitting part, in relation to the base plate part by a setting device in the pivot plane of the hinge. A stop member which bears on a hinge arm and is acted upon by a resilient element, is, via a cam, able to be pivoted with the pivotal fitting part and urges the pivotal fitting part in the closing part of its range of movement towards its closed position whereas outside such closing range it is rendered ineffective by the cam.
