  • Patent number: 6942459
Abstract: The modified centrifugal fan wheel comprises a hollow hub and a set of blade. A hollow hub axis is disposed at the center of a hollow portion of the hollow hub. Along a top side surface of the hollow hub is a curved guiding inlet part and along a bottom side surface of the hollow hub is a curved surface with a smooth fillet extending to a closed part. A set of blades is arranged around an outer part of the hollow hub, having an up ring and a down ring. An inner part of the down ring is connected to the closed part of the hollow hub. Blades are disposed between the up ring and the down ring. Wind holes are disposed equidistantly between each of the blades and equidistant perforations are arranged on the surface of the down ring, connecting to the wind holes between each of the blades. By the closed part and the perforation of the fan wheel, low noise and low current are provided. Meanwhile, power consumption is reduced and working performance of the fan wheel is also improved.

  • Patent number: 6935787
Abstract: An oil-circulating structure for fan has an oily bearing with a central axis hole for pivoting a fan shaft. An oil-collecting recess trench is formed on the inside wall of the axis hole. The oil-collecting recess trench has a double inner screw shape oil-guiding ditch that is separately formed in clockwise and anti-clockwise direction and forms a plurality of crisscrosses in the oil-collecting recess trench. When the fan rotates, a lubricant in the oil-collecting recess trench is driven by the rotating fan shaft to flow the crisscrosses through the double inner screw shape oil-guiding ditch to circulate in the oil-collecting recess trench so as to achieve an internal-recycle oil-circulating system.

  • Publication number: 20050167082
Abstract: A heat sink-type cooling device for an integrated circuit having a base and plurality of fin extended upward. The plurality of fins are divided into more than one heat zones and said plurality of heat zones have a height drop between each two zones wherein a rectangular hole can also be punched on the plate end of said plurality of fin which is not connected with said base. By these heat zones with height drop between each two zones, the heat sink-type cooling device is able to match up the inner space allocation of the computer mainframe and be assembled even more easily into the computer mainframe so that heat is dispersed efficiently.

  • Patent number: 6899164
Abstract: The present invention is a heat sink with guiding fins comprising a base with a plate part, wherein each side of a pair of two opposite sides of the plate part comprises a declining part; and two groups of fins expanded upwardly from each said declining part, wherein a channel whose top width is wider than its bottom width is form by the tow groups of fins and the base and there is a gap properly set between each two fins. By doing so, the heat sink can guide the flow generated by a fan to form a streamline with pressure and so obtains smaller wind resistance and better heat dissipation for the heat sink.

  • Patent number: 6848830
Abstract: An oil-circulating structure for fan comprises an oily bearing with a central axis hole for pivoting a fan shaft. An inner oil-collecting recess trench is formed in the central axis hole of the oily bearing and has an inner thread shape oil-guiding trench set inside. Radial through holes penetrate from two ends of the inner thread shape oil-guiding trench to outside wall of the bearing. An outer oil-collecting recess trench is formed on the outside wall of the bearing and is connected with the inner thread shape oil-guiding trench by means of the radial through holes. When the fan rotates, a lubricant in the inner oil-collecting recess trench is pushed by the rotating fan shaft to flow in-and-out between the outer oil-collecting recess trench and the inner oil-collecting recess trench through the inner thread shape oil-guiding trench and the radial through holes so as to achieve oil-circulation of the oily bearing in which the lubricant won't overflow through the end surface of the oily bearing.

  • Publication number: 20050002784
Abstract: A fan with guiding ribs in a vent comprises a frame body and a supporting part. The supporting part comprises a pivot connecting fan blade and guiding ribs with outside extension, wherein by means of the guiding ribs, the supporting part is disposed on the inner end surface of the frame body and the profile of guiding ribs is to have an inclined plane that gradually shrink from the end surface to fan blades. By the above structure, complicated components in the prior art can be simplified and the resistance generated by the guiding ribs can be reduced as well. Furthermore, the air flow blown from fan blades is guided to further increase pressure output by the fan.
