Abstract: A magnetic tool rack includes a magnetic layer, an upper surface layer mounted on the magnetic layer, and a lower surface layer mounted on the magnetic layer. The magnetic layer includes a plank provided with a plurality of mounting grooves, and a plurality of magnetic members mounted in the mounting grooves of the plank. The plank of the magnetic layer is made of flexible material. The magnetic members have magnetic poles that are directed at the same direction in the mounting grooves. The upper surface layer is a thin layer made of flexible material and is stuck to a first face of the magnetic layer. The lower surface layer is a thin layer made of flexible material and is stuck to a second face of the magnetic layer.

Abstract: A folding tool includes two support plates, a ratchet driver pivotally mounted between the two support plates, a rotation seat rotatably mounted between the two support plates, and a plurality of tips each removably mounted on the rotation seat and each detachably mounted on the ratchet driver. The ratchet driver drives each of the tips to rotate in the operation direction only and idles in the opposite direction so that each of the tips can rotate the screw member in the operation direction successively so as to screw or unscrew the screw member easily and quickly. Thus, when the folding tool is used in a smaller space, each of the tips is driven by the ratchet driver to rotate the screw member in the operation direction successively and to screw or unscrew the screw member easily and quickly.

Abstract: A socket assembly includes a socket body and a mounting member mounted on the socket body. The mounting member has an inner periphery provided with a mounting hole mounted on an outer periphery of the socket body and has an outer periphery having a non-circular shape. Thus, the outer periphery of the mounting member has a color layer so that the operator can identify the size and specification of the socket body by the color of the outer periphery of the mounting member. In addition, the mounting member has an outer periphery having a non-circular shape so that when the socket body is placed on the ground, the socket body will not roll on the ground by limit of the outer periphery of the mounting member to facilitate the operator taking the socket body.

Abstract: A pickup device includes a holding tube (21), a mounting sleeve (25) mounted on the holding tube, a magnetically attractive unit (27) mounted in the mounting sleeve, a clamping unit (26) mounted in the mounting sleeve and abutting the magnetically attractive unit, and a connecting rod (22) movably mounted in the holding tube and connected with the clamping unit to drive the clamping unit. Thus, the magnetically attractive unit is fully hidden in and will not protrude outwardly from the mounting sleeve at a normal state so that the magnetically attractive unit will not be attached to any metallic body and can reach the predetermined position or place easily and quickly to magnetically attract or clamp the desired parts or tools exactly and conveniently, thereby facilitating the operator picking up the desired parts or tools.

Abstract: A handle assembly for a hex wrench includes a handle body and a holding member rotatably mounted on the handle body. The handle body has a first end provided with a limit flange to limit the holding member and a second end provided with at least one cutout which is formed with at least one flexible clamping portion. The handle body has a mediate portion provided with a mounting groove for mounting the holding member. The head or handle of a hex wrench is inserted into the handle body and is clamped by the clamping portion. Thus, the handle body is rotatable relative to the holding member so that the user can hold the holding member to drive the head or handle of the hex wrench so as to operate the hex wrench easily and quickly.

Abstract: A wrench rack includes a main body, a mounting frame mounted on the main body, a plurality of locking units mounted on the mounting frame, a plurality of wrenches mounted on the mounting frame and detachably locked onto the locking units respectively, and a plurality of magnetically attractive members mounted on the main body. Thus, the main body is attached to a metallic surface on a working place by the magnetically attractive members to facilitate a user identifying and operating the wrench rack.
