  • Patent number: 11096593
Abstract: Motion activity data is collected from at least one sensor. An initial motion activity classifier function is applied to the motion activity data to produce an initial motion activity posteriorgram. Pre-processing and segmenting the motion activity data into windows produces segmented motion activity data from which sensor specific features are extracted. An updated motion activity classifier function is generated from the extracted sensor specific features. Subsequent motion activity data is also collected from the at least one sensor, and the updated motion activity classifier function is applied to the subsequent motion activity data to produce an updated motion activity posteriorgram.

  • Patent number: 11098455
Abstract: This disclosure relates generally to systems and methods for data acquisition and asset inspection in presence of magnetic interference. Data acquisition and assets inspection systems in many infrastructures such as railway, power line, and bridges provide inaccurate results in presence of magnetic interference. The proposed system and method proposes UAV based navigation through a dynamic correction path to inspect one or more assets in one or more infrastructures. A plurality of sensors are integrated with the UAV to acquire images of the one or more assets in presence of magnetic field. The acquired images are further processed to segment and detect anomalies in one or more parts of the one or more assets. The detected anomalies are further classified as potential anomalies and non-potential anomalies. The proposed method provides accurate results with reduced processing time.

  • Patent number: 11100350
Abstract: Methods, systems, and techniques for classifying and/or detecting objects using visible and invisible light images. A visible light image and an invisible light image are received at a convolutional neural network (CNN). The visible light image depicts a region-of-interest imaged using visible light. The invisible light image depicts at least a portion of the region-of-interest imaged using invisible light, and at least one of the images depicts an object-of-interest within the portion of the region-of-interest shared between the images. The CNN then classifies and/or detects the object-of-interest using the images. The CNN may be trained to perform this classification and/or detection using pairs of visible and invisible light training images.

  • Publication number: 20210255929
Abstract: Methods and systems for restoring data are described. According to some embodiments, the method, in response to receiving a first restore request, initiates a second restore request to a hybrid data buffer to route blocks of backup data to the hybrid data buffer. The method further invokes an interrupt service routine (ISR) that is initialized with reserved addresses. When the blocks of backup data are transmitted to the hybrid data buffer, the method further tags, by the ISR, the blocks of backup data to a specified location, where the specified location is one of the reserved addresses.
