  • Patent number: 6898330
Abstract: An image processor for forming an easy-to-see image by broadening the significant band of image data received from a logarithmic (LOG) image sensor to enhance the contrast of the image. The LOG image sensor generates an output in response to the light, with the output voltage being a logarithm of the intensity of the light received. The image processor extracts only those pixel data in the significant band out the image data received from the LOG image sensor in accordance with the distribution of the voltage of the signals. In order to form an easy-to-see image, the processor expands the voltage band, assuming that the output voltage has a linear dependence on the intensity of light received by the LOG image sensor. The resultant image has an wider band in voltage, which enhances the contrast, and hence the visibility, of the image.

  • Publication number: 20050057233
Abstract: A current control circuit comprises a first NMOS for controlling a current supplied to a load connected to a drain; a second NMOS, the gate of which is connected to a gate of the fist NMOS; a resistor connected between the drain of the second NMOS and the power source; and an operational amplifier, the first input terminal of which is connected between the drain of the second NMOS and the resistor, to the second input terminal of which a control signal for adjusting an intensity of the current supplied to the load is inputted, the output of which is connected to a common connection point between the gates of the first NMOS and the second NMOS.

  • Patent number: 5345015
Abstract: A process for producing 1,1,1,2-tetrafluoroethane from trichloroethylene and HF, which comprises introducing products of a reaction of trichloroethylene with HF, and products of a reaction of 1,1,1-trifluoro-2-chloroethane with HF into a first distillation column either separately or as a mixture thereof, recovering HCl as a distillate from the top of the first distillation column, and introducing the remainder into a second distillation column.
